The Slimming Clinic is helping with my weight loss journey. The help and advice has been first class. Ben is so nice and has provided support and help along the way. It is early days yet for me but I am sure that with the guidance and support of the whole team I will achieve my goal weight.
Dr. Max also is easy to talk to and it is reassuring to know I can speak with him when I need to. I do not have any communication issues at The Slimming Clinic.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great communication. Not the cheapest but, talking to a doctor before hand and having an appointment each month gives a sense of reassurance.

Take money,no prescription,ignore complaints,ignore email and watsaps. Breach GDPR ,this company is the pure example if diabolical service and frankly dishonest. They will send an email saying they have no record of you and to message privately as the only thing they answer is poor trust pilot reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

"Weight control has been a life-long struggle"

Weight control has been a life-long issue and I have tried many weight-loss regimes. Some of them worked for a while but I haven’t been able to commit to any of them for more than a few months.

I booked some time with the Dietitian because as I get older I know that there are things I should be doing differently. It was also important to me to be able to book a time that suited me, and to be able to talk about my concerns one-to-one (not in a group).

Sarahs’s approach which was new to me seemed to be worth trying. To begin with Sarah took time to listen to my dieting challenges and current lifestyle, and what it was I was hoping to achieve. She also took into consideration my age and taught me how our nutritional needs change as we grow older. This has made my eating choices much easier – this isn’t only about counting calories.

Working with Sarah has been a good experience because she is both very knowledgeable and perceptive. The comprehensive advice she gave has allowed me to restructure my eating habits without complete deprivation of things I enjoy! She made me feel that success is achievable.

If you are serious about losing weight, I absolutely recommend Sarah for the help she has given me with dieting and helping me to understand what I need to do differently.

Great service received, right form the very start, everyone I've spoken to from the very beginning of joining the slimming clinic, customer service, the doctors and the amazing dietician Sarah, have all been great. Sarah the dietician has been a massive help, and very informative, no pressure on time while having my calls, made me feel very comfortable, ive had a lot of experience with dietician's in the past and never come across someone so helpful than Sarah, the only thing I wish there were more appointments offered with the dietician (without the fee of £99 for 3 sessions)

"Don’t bother not the same since they have gone on line"

I have been using the company for years but would never AGAIN as I had tablets paid £270 phoned them up to say I had 4 boxes and they were going out of date and I was told I could send them back and they would replace them they sent me a bag out to send them back i took them to the post office and they were charging me postage so I rang them and they told me just pot them in the postbox and they would sort it out there end so a weeks or so went on I had 1 box off them I rang them and they to say I only had 1 box and they said they we’re waiting for a new batch to come and I would have them then I phoned them and they did not answer me so I rung off my husbands phone and they answered me straight away and then I was told they only received 1 box off me and I said no I sent 4 and they said no only 1 they received I said well they have lied to you and they said no we trust them so I said so you are saying I am lying then and they said no obviously some 1 is and I know it’s not me for sure to be told I will get a call back guess what no call back phoned again got told I would have a call back shock as I did not about 3 times this happened I had an email off them saying that it had been dealt with and and no further action on there side so there was no more they could do for me never mind me being money down as I had not received what I had sent them and to be told on the phone when I said but I am down money that I was holding up the phone line by being on there to them wanting to speak to the supervisor and they were not available so there was no more she could do and i had told them to take me out of there system twice shock they did not as I was still having texts emails asking me to book an appointment with them what a joke they are just out to take your money off you so don’t bother the clinic was a lot better when you went to see the dc and pay £20 per week now they just make you out to be a liar which 100% I am no liar

Nothing but praise for The Slimming Clinic. Had a consultation with Dr Daniel Ohio and was impressed and felt very reassured.
Also a mention to Lydia who was very friendly and efficient.
Received my prescription within a few days.
