Best decision I ever made was to start my Weight loss journey with the slimming clinic the team made it verry easy for me from start to finish spoke to Aleisha via WhatsApp and she couldn’t have been more helpful and the tablets are amazing and actually work so pleased

The best decision I made on joining the Slimming Clinic was to enlist for a very reasonable fee the advice and support of Sarah their dietitian. She is extremely knowledgeable explaining which food groups are best and which to avoid in simple terms. Sarah is easy to speak to and will help in anyway she can. In addition Sarah has contacted the clinic for me when I have been waiting to hear back from them regarding a query with my medication. Recently I had to make 2-3 calls and although I spoke to a call handler I hadn’t received a call back, however with Sarah’s help I received a call back straight away. I would highly recommend Sarah she is an asset to the clinic and her ongoing support has helped me more recently having been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Thank you Sarah you are a star!

I have been using this company for years off and on and have had great customer service from them. I have had good support with medication and when one medication wasn't working too well for me they help to change to another alternative.

Company is happy to take money from your account (600 GBP)-but incapable at replying to emails (despite inundating your inbox with ‘special offers’).
Calls are rerouted to a call centre in the Philippines. Hence why such call centre personnel are incapable of answering basic questions related to delivery/Royal Mail.
An incredibly disappointing output from a company who used to deliver a service reasonably well.

Been on and off with this company for years, and can honestly say when I've needed help and support with my weight the Staff have always been supportive and helpful.
I highly recommend this company.
I'm now on the Mounjaro pen and its definitely a miracle drug, myy weight is coming off at a lovely pace and I've not experienced any side effects, it isn't cheap but worth every penny as I'm not fighting my cravings and not fighting with my hunger pangs
either which I've experienced in the past. Highly recommend the mounjaro and the slimming company.

"Excellent Dietician Service"

Had 3 sessions with the Dietician Sarah. Found it really helpful, she had lots of ideas and really seemed to listen to my goals. Was interesting to see the diet plans and think about why I really wanted to lose weight. Broke down goals into manageable steps and it was good to have a regular check in with someone. Priced very reasonably for the level of skill Sarah had. Would recommend.

"Sent me a faulty injection pen"

Sent me a faulty injection pen. I provided a video of the pen not working, showing a full dose of medication in it, tried to fob me off stating it’s a buffer dose and there is nothing wrong with it. About £60 worth of medicine gone! Asked for a telephone call. Didn’t get one. I’m not asking for a refund, just the medicine I haven’t been able to use. Took 2-3 days to reply to each email. Haven’t even seen the pen and deemed it “functional”. Asked for a copy of the manufacturers report they claim to have consulted with. Didn’t receive that either. Will never use this site again. Awful service!

"Absolutely dreadful."

Absolutely dreadful.
Communication was appalling right from the start. I had to chase my medication several times. There is no direct email and you have to call - not easy when you work in a job like mine. The review process each month is arduous and annoying - was only sent the Whatsapp link to upload videos easily from my phone when I had been using the service for several months. Never sent any verification that medication had been posted. Refused to send my medication one month because my weight loss slowed and then suddenly I was sent two months' worth and charged twice with again no notice after they said they would no longer be sending me anything. Again no way of stopping subscription unless I called them - which I cannot do when I am working as I am not allowed my phone on site.
What am I supposed to do with two lots of meds??!
Complete nightmare from start to finish. SCAM.

They take your money when you make a order then after you have paid then they want you to book in with doctors for a blood pressure test and take selfies of you weighing , was a absolute night mare , then they said the tablets I ordered but one week of them wasn’t what I asked for , and they will not refund you , i don’t go to a shop to bye a product and be given something completely different , I normally get my diet pills off someone else but these people rang me and said I can order online , well omg never again one big stress ordering off them , I will be sticking to my normal supplier from now on

The doctor was very good asked me all medical history and checked my weight blood pressure. Asked if anything I wasn’t sure of or needed to know. So did the lady who booked everything in. The slimming injections help make you feel full so that’s a great tool. Very supportive service I’m looking forward to getting started. I felt very comfortable and knowing I have all the dietitian and menus and exercise videos at my fingertips. Thank you sliming clinic this is just what I need.
