I have been a regular customer on and off of the slimming clinic since 2013, I have always recieved wonderful service and my medication arriving promptly, however these last 2 weeks have been a nightmare, I have recieved the wrong forms to fill in, I have sent emails back and forth and used the online chat feature, someone did respond and told me to fill out the new customer form even though its incorrect as they where having technical issues, that was days ago and still nothing, when I log into my online account it just says review pending, At this point and after seeing many other reviews saying the same I would like a refund for my last order and to cancel my subscription.

Been using the slimming clinic for 6 months now and ever since they have upgraded there website it is taking over two weeks to get your medication.
Within the time waiting I have ran out and now putting the weight back on chased my latest order 3 times and still no clear answer to sheen my medication will be shipped requested a full refund. There’s no number to call only one email that takes days to respond should have gone with me do express

Taken money from my account on 2nd April and no medication sent. I've contacted them via the portal, live chat and email, all automated replies that get nowhere!

** reply to comment ** Another generic response from slimming clinic, not providing me with the answers i require. Now late taking next dose because NOBODY at slimming clinic will respond to emails, messages or live chat. The new system managed to take the money quick enough yet no customer service or product? ** AVOID THIS COMPANY **
Follow on from month 1 & 2 subscription disaster. Now month 3 and shocker NO PEN. Contacted slimming clinic a week ago and met with the usual communication problems of no one contacting you! I’m now late taking my next dose as still no pen. Sent numerous messages and emails, the live support is not live so don’t waste your time. I have friends who receive much better services from other providers and will definitely be using them now my 3 month subscription has come to an end. I would advise anyone looking into using this company to AVOID!! Nobody should have to chase a company for a week to receive an item they have paid for, that a company states will be with you in “24hrs”. Complete joke for the last 3 months! I wish I’d read reviews prior to signing up for 3 months. AVOID!!

"Very frustrated now"
Very frustrated now. Ordered my 3 rd pen in the 27th March. Had to go through all the questions again. Emailed several times to chase and was told last Monday the 31st? That my prescription was authorised. The portal says it’s still be reviewed and no delivery. I am due to take my next dose on Wednesday and I don’t have any left. Been a customer for years and didn’t want to switch providers but no pen is going to mean a disruption to my treatment. Slimming clinic sort it out and be honest with customers.

"FEELS LIKE A SCAM"
March 23, 2005, 3rd consultation and medication should have been processed and sent out. It was not. I was told the doctor forgot to send it through for processing. More emails and chats sent chasing the order and no response. Then on April 2nd I see 2 identical orders being processed one minute apart. £108.99 each. More emails and chats to find out why are they trying to suck out multiple orders from my bank account. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. There are other services out there where you can speak to a real human and get your medication.

I am so disappointed to be writing this but have tried every other avenue to contact the slimming clinic , I have been using them for a few months and never had a problem but I’m still waiting a reply after several emails Facebook messenger and live chat still nothing. I placed an order March 25 and still no delivery this has completely ruined my weight loss and routine money has been taken order approved but nothing despatched or any response.
