The process was straight forward and more convenient than having to see a doctor in person. 12 week package came as one shipment so your not waiting for multiple deliveries. I have used DT before and getting the same results as previously. 7lb down in the first week.

"Long term customer - paid but no prescription sent"
I've been a customer on/off for many years & currently paying a monthly subscription. First 2 months went smoothly, received review form, then payment taken & prescription authorised. This month I've received no review form & payment has been taken on 27th March. I've spent 5 days trying to get this resolved via portal, live chat, emailing, leaving a message as nobody answers a phone call....nothing but generic response to say it's easy complete the form on the portal. There is no form, that's my point. Reading other reviews looks like you have gone through a system upgrade but this should'nt stop customer services picking up the phone & calling to provide some help. Now I have no medication...... & no answers. Fuming is an understatement

3 stars because of delay and un professional approach. Hopefully way forward I can give 5 star again. As I've never had any issue at all with tsc as bn using for years. Here's to positive way forward

This company is losing so much business! Been using slimming clinic on and off, but never ever again. Communication is non existent. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! So many reputable slimming clinics. No one needs this rubbish. It’s been a 2 week gap between medication. This should NOT BE ALLOWED!!!!!!!

Terrible service ! I ordered my 4th pen on 28th of march which was authorised on Tuesday 1st of April , was meant to get my next dose on Wednesday and still no update regarding my order despite numerous emails and voicemails left . I don’t even know if I would be able to use the pen since it’s almost been a week from when my dose was due . There is so many providers , so next time I’ll just spend my money elsewhere!

I've been left really frustrated after not receiving my order after paying for it on March 23rd. This isn't the cheapest option either and I'm now stuck on how I get my money back. Going to another provider is frustrating as I'll have to start again. I've tried several ways to contact this company and have been ignored. I've tried to research if they've closed bit haven't found anything. It's a shocker when you research where are money is going to from the bank.

I've been waiting for my order for 2 weeks. I tried phoning and was told there is nobody I can speak to. I have sent an email and was informed my order will be dispatched within 5 days. That was 7 days ago and I'm still waiting.
