DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I finally received my order 2 weeks after payment, following several threats. To those who have paid for an order and are still waiting for a delivery, I advise you to be firm in your communication and demand your order be shipped immediately or be given a full refund.

Call them out as the scammers and thieves that they are, threaten to report the organisation on all relevant platforms and send an email every 10 minutes to the email address beginning with “info” asking for details of your shipment.

This was such a horrible experience.

Poor service and negligence by this company. I have to result into this after days and hours of attempts to contact this company chasing my prescribed treatment, I have paid a considerable amount of money to continue my prescribed treatment for weight loss, which left my account weeks ago, since I have had no communication from the company and haven’t received my treatment, I have sent numerous emails and even set up an online consultation with them to be left waiting for no one to show. Not only am I out of pocket I am now in danger of putting my body at risk due to the time spent between treatments this is not a company that has your health conditions at heart it appears

They are taking payment but have abandoned the service, there's no customer support and nothing is shipping.

Ordered Mounjaro 3 weeks ago. Money has been taken from my first order however I have had little to no communication on whether I have been approved or if my order will be posted. To make matters worse when I was looking at my bank statementbI realised they have taken payment twice. I have tried every day to get any type of response and have just been ignored. I have now contacted my bank to see if they will be able to get my money back! I would avoid at all costs.
