"They don't respond to emails "
I'm giving two stars because they used to be fantastic. Since they've moved everything online, they don't respond to emails or give you the medication you paid upfront for. I've been waiting for 2.5 weeks for a follow up email with tracking information. Still no news and nobody responds to the emails or forms which the only way you can get hold of them unless you pay £50 for a consultation each time. More expensive that other companies but they used to be fantastic to deal with. I would go cheaper and about this company I wouldn't recommend them anymore.

"Shocking service"
Shocking service. Paid £150 to then three weeks ago and still no products. Ignoring my messages and no option to call and speak with anyone. They hound you with promotion emails but the whole things a scam! Please be really careful of this company.

"Don't bother! No injections and no refund!"
Ordered my prescription
Over 3 weeks now, still not recieved my prescription.
Keep messaging them to keep me in the loop and they just giving me excuses.
My prescription still hasn't been approved, also I've asked for a refund and I've not received that either.
Will never use this company again!

Incredibly bad; They stole my money.
They charged me £165 for an injection that i never received. I've sent numerous emails to everyone including lesley & ben and none of them replied.
I left a bad review, and then this lesley girl replied "please email me to sort this out" and she never even replies. I emailed her 6 times.
She never replies, only talking shit.
Now I've reported the payment to my bank as a fraud. Hope they can do something.
For new customers; Do not buy, besides them being unprofessional, they will steal your money. There is a company called Numan, give it a shot instead.

One star because I can’t give none! AVOID AVOID AVOID. They took my money for 3 pens and then have provided 2 - second one I had to phone/leave messages etc and eventually it came but not easy. I ordered earlier this time but I’m now 1 week without any!!!! No contact, left constant messages, emails, live chat. Had booked a consultation, no one called!! Worst customer services ever. Don’t use unless you want to be ignored and start a journey and then potentially have to restart because they can’t even send out a pen and impossible to actually speak to someone!!!

"Terrible customer service"
The product is effective. However, the customer service is severely lacking. Considering customers are referred to as patients the lack of contact is even more worrying.
The ‘live chat’ is automated. It is impossible to obtain an answer to any question from a human being. Very frustrating.
