Have been using TSC since January and never had any problems . My last order was 13 days ago and I’ve had no update on delivery , no responses to my numerous messages and emails over the past 4 days , completely gone ghost . Really upsetting as I’ve never had a problem before , will be thinking twice before ordering again .

AVOID This is an update to my previous review it's been 10 days and no response at all the phone just goes to answer machine and iv gone through my bank to try and recover my money
But I looked on the gov website company files and it says the company has gone into dissolution
I suggest if you are owed money and haven't received anything go through your bank and ask then to make a claim back
Theh have apparently berm in trouble for a while and right up to the last minute have continued to take payments
Disgusting behaviour to treat people this way

I’ve given them two stars as I’ve been using TSC since January and had no issues …. Until now that was . Ordered my pen on the 30th of March and guess what ??? It still hasn’t arrived . since then I’ve had no response to emails , I can’t call anyone to ask what’s going on and live chat does not work . I’ve now missed my next due dose and I’m out of pocket . I was just Finlay feeling good about myself 😞. It’s just not good enough , what an earth is going on . I notice you can still order from them so I’m guessing people are still paying good money and getting nothing in return . I want answers , my pen or my hard earned money back so I can use a different company who doesn’t let me down !!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

"Ghosted by TSC"

Same complaint as all the other, recent one star reviews. I ordered a Mounjaro pen almost two weeks ago and have been completely ghosted by them even though they've taken my money. I'm so disappointed, because with my previous two orders, there were no problems. I'd love to know what the problem is. If they haven't gone bust already, all these one star reviews will do it.

I see that there are many one-star reviews below which state that TSC has ghosted them.

A bit of digging on Companies House shows that TSC is the operating name for a company called Slim At Home. A previous company with the name The Slimming Clinic, with the same address as is currently noted on the live website and which also has two of the same named directors, filed for insolvency in Feb 2023 - but not before Slim At Home was set up in Jan 2023, how nifty. I can only assume that the owners of this Slim at Home company are about to try and do a similar thing, hence the complete silence but the willingness to process our payments.

Of course, this is all 2 + 2 = 5 speculation and they could miraculously surprise us with our deliveries…but I’ve been here before with a company which went into administration.

I’ve raised a concern with the General Pharmaceutical Council regarding this unprofessional conduct.

Slimy behaviour. Very disappointing.

Was meant to have my second pen delivered on the 28th of march it's now 9th of April and still no delivery. Lost a stone in weight in the first month and now put it all back on due to not having my prescription you can never speak to someone in person it's always emails or messages it's so frustrating I paid £722 for 3 months worth prescription. It's bloody disgusting how I've been treated

Ordered and paid for my weight loss pen 2 weeks ago and still no delivery!!! Terrible customer service!
Can’t get hold of anyone, sent multiple messages and emails and chats.

Please avoid using the slimming clinic they don’t have the right staff nor resources for your weight loss journey , basically ordering mounjora and i had to chase them up for it tile they dispatched baring in mind I paid £9.99 last week they told me we will put in refund request for delivery as it took long but I haven’t heard back it’s been 1 whole week now they are not interested please go with your local boots or mediexpress for pens and anything else that matter , they will use any excuse as “systems down” but it’s not true it’s been down for ages there communication is appalling they just don’t have the right staff and dispatch team they are slow

So it seems the slimming clinic DONT read my emails I’ve been sending them daily asking to STOP ALL their marketing TEXTS being sent to me on my MOBILE PHONE as they’ve replied to my last review on here saying they found an extra email address they had for me which is such an out at out LIE they really should be ashamed of themselves plus if they ACTUALLY READ my emails, asking them to remove my mobile number so I don’t receive their daily marketing texts we would get somewhere but to lie about an email address that I’ve had since I made an email address many many years ago but that still doesn’t answer why my daily emails to Lesley are not going through? Absolute lies they should’ve replied to one of what’s now email 22 sent from same email address. Why not address me on my emails as a reply direct rather thanc wait to see what I’ve put on here??? This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever!! If I could get hold of you on the phone this would’ve been resolved so long ago but no one answers?????
