"Terrible terrible service- Avoid !! "

Terrible terrible service! I will never order from this service again! Avoid at all cost.
- Order not sent after 2 weeks of waiting
- Poor response from customer services with no real outcome just advised I will be contacted.
-Patient portal not updated after requesting a refund for over a week
-I was advised someone would call me to discuss my order within 48h this never happened.
- BLOCKED from social media after messaging asking for help with my order!
Horrific.

Order placed on 26/03 and still no updates. The phone number goes straight to a robot telling you to leave a voicemail. Last reply from them was a week ago. I have emailed them asking for full refund. Do not buy from them.

Absolutely shocking….My subscription payment was taken on 3rd April, still no medication despite numerous chasers. Messages and emails have not been responded too. I have been using this company for 4 months and every month I have had issues with delayed deliveries, admittedly I did get a response when queries raised but this month absolute radio silence 🤫 Now I am out if medication and have none too take which I’m sure it’s not good practice to withdraw medication without tapering!!

Update from my previous message regarding TSC!

Finally recived and email and a message on my portal. Apologised for the dispensing delay and have ensured me that I will receive priority dispensing on Monday. Don't have very much confidence in them actually shipping my order.
Will hold my breath.
Very annoying that TSC were still advertising/posting on all their socials despite knowing many people were trying to get in contact with them for weeks for unshipped orders.

"WHERE IS MY £252 REFUND?"

I turned 65 in January, made an order in February, which went smoothly, but this time was chaos! I usually get a month tablets but decided to get 3months at once. Always with Slimming Clinic they take the money first and ask questions later! I paid £252. It seems no-one in your company now works Fridays. I waited 3 working days for my order or an email then I get a message telling me to re-send my BP+ HR as I had made a mistake. Then it took another 2 days for you to email me a doctor's consent form which I disagreed with- I agree with you asking my doctor if there would be any contraindications with my health etc but not for you to have full access to my health record- its not necessary! Now I can't get my £252 refund, can't speak to anyone, no fone number- that one you print is a mockery! The chat bot is ridiculous! WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Still awaiting contact and refund for medication I did not receive in February. Absolutely appalled by the service. I would never use this service again. Terrible customer service. If I do not get a response from Lesley, I will be taking it further.

They are fine with your first order now and then. But when you want orders after that you are ignored and never speak to a human again. They just want your quick money handed over at the start. You will then have your medication late if ever which has made my weight loss never happen as I have been waiting 2 months now for my second pen. And they haven't even had decency to explain what's going on. How people are still signing up to them I don't know when there's other better companies out there
