Overall I really good experience on entering the building and speaking to the receptionist who makes you feel really comfortable she's so easy to talk to such a lovely woman.
The doctor lovely woman. They don't just want to sell you the tablets to make money they really make sure your health is in check and give you many other options what food to eat and if you do have the tablets they do tell you to keep an eye on things and to phone them of any concerns my overall experience was wonderful and I lost weight bonus.

I felt it wasn't confidential or professional as when i went to pay at reception the doctor came out to inform the receptionist which medication i was taking while there was another lady waiting to be seen. This sort of information should be confidential. Will not be returning.

The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming, always asking how you are and how you have been getting on, with great feedback at all times, haveing a warm welcome as you enter the clinic makes it more approachable.. so thank you!
The doctors in the clinic are very helpful with great advice on each appointment, I’m so glad Iv started this journey, my confidence has shot up and I’m so happy in my self, I haven’t felt like this in a long time.
