I've always struggled with my weight, always yo-yo'd between my lightest and my heaviest weight. I've attempted most of the diets available, and I can maintain a keto diet but I have a much better view of portion control at the times which are appropriate to eat and also being able to satisfy mistaken hunger by drinking water.

As well as being able to stay on plan, I feel much more motivated in all areas of my life- at work, at home; I don't feel sluggish and tired anymore.
Knowing you're going to see a team of professionals who are there to support your journey, and check your progress really keeps your mind in the game and reminds you why you started this journey in the first place.
No going back and would recommend to anyone who struggles to lose weight.

What a waste of time, I put in for a free Consultation when I meet your team in st Enoch center Glasgow told them about my health problems I.e Angina and bulimia was told this was not a problem, went for the consultation and was told due to having bulimia they can’t help , but if I only “ just stop the bulimia “ they could help and this was said about 6 times just stop, if it was that easy I would not be looking for help, I found the lady very patronising and would never recommend the clinic.
