"Absolutely dreadful experience"

Absolutely dreadful experience with these people, I can't wait until my contract is up so I can dispose of them as soon as possible. Original sigunp was handled incompetently, all they cared about was getting my signature on the contract. Direct debit was cocked up and they didn't even tell me so I started getting disconnection warnings. Numerous other issues came up with the transition from my previous provider and they just washed their hands of it and refused to assist. Staff are arrogant, rude and ignorant of their own policies. However the worst part about this company is their disgraceful contract term that means you effectively can't leave a negative review online or they get to charge you £500. So I wouldn't trust any of the reviews on here, as anyone who puts up anything other than a five star review gets threatened with the £500 charge unless they remove it. Three of my colleagues were similarly threatened. No doubt they will now be after my details from Trustpilot so they can threaten me as well, but I shall not be responding to people who conduct business in this manner. I will be going back to a consumer contract at the earliest opportunity where at least I have some basic legal protections against outrageous contract terms like this. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

"A breath of fresh air"

In a world where there’s no such a thing as “a real person” you can speak to anymore, Airtime Solutions are the exception.

Always personable, helpful and knowledgeable, it’s a breath of fresh air knowing they are on my team.

(We actually use the same mobile provider for our daughters’ devices and communication is a complete nightmare by comparison).

Thank you for your personal, five star service for all these years.

Airtime Solutions were excellent in negotiations with O2 in reducing an overcharge oversight on one of my accounts with O2. I had found myself trying to negotiate with a brick wall until I asked Airtime to interevene.
