"Amazing service - best decision ever"

Amazing service. I am not really the type to leave reviews, but when someone fully deserves it you have to!
My business account manager Rob is knowledgable, polite, helpful and proactive. It makes such a difference to deal with him rather than having to cope with waiting times and unfriendly staff at O2.
I love having someone I can trust at the other end of a phone number without going through 25 call options, and that I know is going to deal with my problems and questions dilligently - I rarely have issues but when I do I need a quick answer and a solution... and the team at Airtime always deliver.

All of the staff at Airtime understood our business requirements. When I have had any problems they have managed to resolve them the same day. We have now renewed our contract through airtime solutions and all the staff with company mobiles are very happy. Even more important it was very smooth transition

"Amazing Service"

Airtime Solutions have been our "go to" company for our work mobile contracts for a number of years now and I wouldn't go with anyone else. For instance, Matthew Parton was the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We received a bill for over £6000 from o2 when we were advised incorrectly of how much data we would need for our security cameras, as you can imagine we were horrified! I phoned Matthew and within 30 days he had managed to sort out the issue and we received a payment back from o2 for over £6000! Amazing achievement by Matthew and nothing was too much trouble. He isn't even our account manager which is unfortunate as even yesterday he managed to go through all my contracts and clarify everything. Airtime Solutions are lucky to have him and it's a shame he isn't our account manager, but he will always be my "go to" person. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service.
After being duped into changing to a new provider (not airtime),air time were able to provide all their expertise to turn my poor decision around and avoid costly fines associated with terminating contracts prematurely. A very attentive quality service.

"Use Airtime Solutions if you want hassle free comms."

Every member of the Airtime team are so helpful. Its great to be able to talk to a UK based support desk too. the products are always competitively priced and quickly dispatched. When something does go wrong its nipped in the bud straight away.
