These guys are great. After many scam calls pretending to be O2 plaguing us at renewal times it was a breath of fresh air to talk to proper bona fide O2 partner contractors and frankly people who are better at answering the phone and getting back to me than O2 ever were. They also explained stuff without the usual gobbledgook and jargon. I don’t need or want to know all the tarrif ins and outs - I just want a decent deal and all the phones on my account sorted, so I can get on with more important things. That’s what these guys do. Airtime did a great job for me recently in working with O2 when I had an unusually high bill. Laura realised the difficulty I was having and kept on top of getting things sorted out. When things don't go smoothly is when you need a good account manager and Airtime came up trumps.
