We are thoroughly disappointed with their Conveyancing service. We are a current customer and on the cusp of loosing out on sale. They dont pick up phones, difficult to contact and get in touch with, emails are replied to very late.
It's been months and they are not even responding to the vendor's solicitors and they are about to put their property back on the market.
These solicitors donot have an online portal like most solicitors do impossible to track the progress.
This is a genuine review to stop you from getting the heart ache and raised blood pressure.

all the hallmarks of a big scam coming up, very abrupt emails and very sort/aggressive replies, when i asked that my proof of signature was just proof and not signing for service i was sent an email say we are not carrying on with your claim and closed it .
