100% a scam.

At first before using them, I made some enquiries via email and they responded very quickly.

Fast forward to when I bought 4 laptops from ebay.de and had them sent to their German warehouse address. They stopped responding to emails until I had to call them. Suddenly the guy on the phone said he didn't get any more emails.

4 days later, they finally update their website to demonstrate that the parcels had been received. Then came the time to pay and have it shipped. Suddenly their website is having "technical issues". The customer service guy said he doesn't have a number for the German warehouse and I must send them a message on Facebook.

I did that and someone replied, probably same guy, saying that my packages have been consolidated and I can go ahead to pay. I paid and then zero response since! I have called their customer service to death but they don't answer my number. When I use a different number they pick up and as soon as he hears my voice, he ends the call and never answers again.

THIS IS 100% A SCAM COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

The trust pilot reviews are fake, besides the 1-star review from earlier this month in May 2023 from someone who had a similar experience.

The likes on Facebook are bought.

The video of the guy who wears the atvido t-shirt doesn't show his face and only shows him in a random warehouse that could be anywhere in the world!

The reviews by others here on reddit are fake! Check their post history!

So many red flags I've only seen in retrospect. They are a fraud company 1000%!

THEY WILL 100% STEAL YOUR PACKAGE.

In total I lost merchandise worth over 2000€ to this scam.

Do not fall victim.

Do not believe their response. The blocked me on facebook and also sent me a fake tracking: LS740185616NL. There is the fake tracking for anyone to confirm. It never updated and it makes no sense in the first place to send a parcel using PostNL, which is in the local post office in Netherlands for a parcel that is supposedly being sent from Germany and destined for the UK!

Again I am guaranteeing that any business with these guys will result in a loss. I gain absolutely nothing by lying. They are not even based in the UK, they are actually a company called UAB Cargolot working out of Lithuania. This has all been reported to the police!
Use at your own peril.

several delays faced with Atvido linked to their IT system. The shipment is quite expensive (compared with other companies) and the delivery lead time quite long (2 weeks to allow the reception in Italy)
In the end the parcel have been received so they are ok
