"Paid for 2 boxes to be sent"
Paid for 2 boxes to be sent, they put the 2 boxes and sent them as one, bagging one of the payments, they did not use the shipping courier I paid for and used a different one, that made me have custom charges as the one they used don't do customs, waiting for my refund on the stolen money from my 2x packages being sent as one and from custom charges, if they don't refund me ASAP, will not use them and will stop all usage they have to my country as I will redirect all users to other services.

Atvido does what it advertises, it gets your packages from the UK to Europe for a good price!
Reshipping happens fast.
Once there was a small issue with the system but customer support was quick to answer and help me out :)
Have used their service 3 times now and will continue to use them in the future

"Overcharging issues and poor customer service"
After using Atvido for quite a while my experience in the past 6 months was so bad I will never be using them again.
From double charging me on a package, charging me £36 to send a package within the UK for which the actual postage cost was £5, I could go on.
Make sure to be very aware of what can and cannot be shipped to which countries (perfume for example) because they will forward it anyway mislabeling it as something else and knowing it will be either returned or destroyed.
My complaints were just ignored as was my request for a refund of the overcharging.

"Unresolved Package Issues and Poor Customer Service"
"I had three packages delivered to Atvido between October 30th 2024 and November 6th 2024. Two packages were combined and shipped to my address on November 11th but were returned to Atvido on November 19th due to a courier system issue. I have proof of delivery. The third package was returned to the supplier, who then sent it back to Atvido. Despite numerous emails and a formal complaint, Atvido claims they have not received the packages, even though tracking information shows they were delivered. I have paid for both packages and fulfilled my part of the agreement, but Atvido has not responded to my emails. Very disappointed with their service.
Following my review on December 31, 2024, I heard back from the team and was asked to provide my full shipping address. I provided the address on January 3, 2025. On January 13, I was asked to pay for shipment again. I had already paid for the shipment and requested an explanation for the additional charge, as well as a refund for the previous payment. Since then, I have not received any response, my package, or a refund. I am at a total loss and do not recommend Atvido for international shipping.

used this 2 times in uk once in Germany uk was super germany had some small problems on the website to pay for the shipping but customer service sorted everything out for me it works prices are good

"So I ordered an item from the UK…"
So I ordered an item from the UK Pokémon Center website through to Atvido since I had found them through a Reddit thread recommending them.
I was especially convinced to use them because their customer support let me know that the 0 tax deal which had ended in september was continued until the end of the year.
So I went on to order the item through their website only to be met with no Royal Mail program option to send the package, since it's a present for my son who's birthday is coming up very soon I decided to pony up the money to send the package via UPS...
Now everything went very smooth, the package arrived at their warehouse in the UK an was sent pretty quick to me here in Belgium. Now since the 12th of November my package has been stuck departing from a UPS facility to their 'Stanford Le Hope' facility. I can't get any updates now besides UPS' package update saying they have my package and it's delayed.
Last week the status of my package just changed to 'information unavailable'.
Contacted Atvido to sort this out and credit where credit's due, they respond really fast and polite. They contacted UPS to start an investigation which was ongoing. Now this evening I received a mail back from them saying UPS won't refund the claim (I don't want my money back, I want my package...) and that sadly they nor UPS can't pay me back the claim amount because apparently I didn't click some box for 'extra international insurance'.
I was never informed the cost I paid (€30!!! For a shipment from UK to EU!!) didn't include that and there was never a prompt to warn me for this.
I've seen previous reviews with the same problem and Atvido just copy pasting their 'Sorry you didn't check the box' excuse.
I demand an extensive investigation by either you or UPS for my €300+ package or I will need to resort to instances here in Belgium like Testaankoop which in the past got me back my money from the giant selling platform Vinted because they use a bunch of lawyers to support customers.
I really hope Atvido can still come through, their service was easy to use and seemed like they charged fair prices fro shipping/tax although they lured me with the Royal Mail promo...
I expect an answer from you guys and no simple 'check the box, we're sorry' answer or I will get to the bottom of this.

EDIT: After almost 2 months I finally received my package! UPS points their finger at Atvido, Atvido points at UPS. In the end I think it was a combination of missing documents for customs and thousands of packages being posted. Beware of the infamous 'Stanford Le Hope' UPS hub, lots of packages seem to go missing there.
Now I'd like to switch my 1 star review to a 4-5 stars review except for 1 more problem, I initially wanted to use their service because of the 'tax free' promo with Royal Mail. I wasn't able to select Royal Mail as a carrier because of a bug on the website, that was communicated to me by customer support. So I selected UPS and thought customs would be taken care off since it was not my fault I could not select Royal mail, sadly today when UPS delivered my package I still needed to pay an extra €74 or I would not get my package....
I have mailed customer support for a refund of this amount or atleast a partial refund, if this is solved I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars.

"Be very careful "
I was excited to see that Atvido would be offering a new service to deliver my parcels from the UK to Ireland. I signed up early on & had my parcels sent. I organised the address the parcels were to be sent to & started using the system. At first things went well & I received my parcels. I must say I think they must have shares in a sealing tape company because the parcels were BOUND in tape making it extremely difficult to actually get inside.
Then during the summer I received another BOUND parcel 📦 & when I finally managed to get inside it there were 4 packages open & with nothing inside them. Very strange to actually post empty packages in my parcel!!!! Finding any details to make contact I finally decided to write a letter, took photos of the packages all torn up & sent it to the address in the UK. Guess what I’ve heard absolutely nothing - how rude is that???
I am now waiting for another item to arrive at the UK address & to date have not heard anything. What on earth is going on here.
I’m now very dubious to use this company again.

"Smooth auto-process - unclear availability"
Very smooth process of the order and shipping, all even for a nicely moderade price. Sadly during the time, noone in the chatroom was available for further, individual questions. Furthermore it sould be better visitable, that the payment for the provider-shipping service is only possibile via credit card, which not everyone owns.

Works great! I've tried services in the UK couple of times. Shipping prices very affordable and what I liked the most that on arrival, I haven't to pay anything because custom duties has been paid in advance by Atvido. Strongly recommend!

"Truly the worst experience"
Truly the worst experience. I have a important package that arrived at some german Tobacco shop.
It ended up at "Tabak Boerse Richter" which is like 10 minutes away from the warehouse. The people from the shop cannot help me and say only I can pick it up. The delivery address I filled is 100% correct.
On top of that, Atvido has not answered a single email or phonecall (which is unavailable) in the past 2 days.
I was hoping for a fluent experience like last time, but this has turned into a nightmare. I'm very sad. I was hoping to get this package next week as it contains fan-made t-shirts for a conference.
