I was a bit apprehensive when I decided to purchase some expensive items especially after reading a few negatives reviews. However my experience with atvido has been perfect. My parcels arrived quickly, and the prices were surprisingly affordable. I’ve been using atvido for almost half a year and I’ve never faced with any issues. What really impressed me is their kindness to do extra jobs without any extra fees. I always ask them to repack my items for added safety and they’ve done it very quickly. I believe every service has its occasional hiccups. What matters most is how they handle those situations and they has consistently exceeded my expectations. For me they’ve been a game changer in forwarding services especially for shipping UK => USA. Last month I also tried their services in Germany. The only thing that disappointed me was that I couldn’t pay automatically once I received information about my order acceptance. However, despite that I promptly sent a query to Atvido support, and they fixed that for me very fast!!
Short summary: service good, prices good, support excellent, disadvantages - some small technical bugs.
If someone were to ask me if recommend I recommend them, I’d say yes without hesitation.

The contact and quickness of parcel handling forward was good. Also there were no additiona charges (duty/Vat) as they promised to take care of them. So I am happy. Only thing which caused delays was EVRI pickup.

I'll tell you my story.
I found this service in the search engine and it seemed to me pleasant and easy to use, especially since the office will be near my place of residence - in Lithuania. I registered and without any verification I was immediately issued a delivery address in Germany. I made a purchase from an online store in the amount of 1200 euros with delivery. The goods came to the warehouse at ATVIDO GERMANY and after a couple of days I received an email notification that the order was delivered and added to my account for further actions. I paid for delivery to my country (Latvia) and expected the tracking number. After 3 days, I will receive a notification by e -mail about that I need to go through verification and ask for an identity document. I provided them with a photo of the passport in the open form, but they were not enough for them and they asked me a selfie with a passport, which I sent them to them, although I consider myself uncomfortable in this situation and this company that has no storage of such data has my personal Data with a passport. This was not enough and I was requested from the store and paying for the goods, which was provided.
After all the documents provided on my part, I was requested to shoot and send a video where I keep my passport and show my face. This video was supposed to be sent through e -mail - directly! Without mechanics for protecting personal data, which was given a refusal on my part and the response in writing with explanations. After that, my order disappeared from the account and its fate is unknown, since they do not give information to me (the amount of the order is 1259 euros).
My account was frozen for further checks and for a request to return the order to the seller, to reimburse my funds, the answer was not given to this day. I accuse this company of fraud and would like to protect other users from loss of money.
Payment for transportation costs by ATVIDO was also not reimbursed to me.

"Slow, mistook and pokemon cards are lost"
I bought 4 items in Pokemon Center last 24/11/23 and I have just received today 05/02/24 after one fail shipping due to lack of info in the package address info.
It arrived finally they sent it for free the second try, but for my surprise..Pokemon package of Cards are missing and the guy says probably box was broken and they got lost in the transportation. They removed the original package from Pokemon Center and someone probably took the cards out. Don't use the method if you are trying to buy something in Pokemon Center UK
**I have already checked with Pokemon Center and they confirmed they shipped all items and I haven't received the things in the way it was shipped originally from them hub

Excellent and convenient service if you need a German or UK address. My own experience is from Germany where the service is high quality and fast. Even my lost parcel was found and processed immediately. The lost package was not Atvido's fault but the sender had not put my AT ID on the shipment. I highly recommend.
