I'm using Atvido services because of good service/prices ratio. I'm always storing on their warehouse up to 30 parcels and then consolidating them and for me shipping to Germany costs not more than ~40 EUR. I like Atvido and their helpful support!! I ve used other services before but was not so good experience at and many of them has passive supports... Mostly I'm buying CDs and vinyl for my old vintage vinyl player and UK market offers many of them for very affordable prices. Once I've received broken vinyl, Atvido took responsibility for that and ABSOLUTELY for free returned parcel from me to the UK seller. I like how things goes on with Atvido :)

Today I racked up over 35 orders straight from Atvido. I ain’t a fan of leaving feedback unless the service proves itself reliable and trustworthy. Been rocking with them for almost a year now and never once ran into problems. Well except for this one hiccup with UPS because Atvido forgot to pass on my digits so when my package showed up I had to play detective and hit up ups myself cause their attempts to reach out fell flat. That’s why I’m giving em 4 stars... overall it’s a solid 5 star deal cause let’s face it, no service is perfect. Bottom line it’s affordable, dependable and legit. Sure, sometimes you gotta chill while they double check stuff but that’s just a minor inconvenience compared to all the good they bring. By the way, Arthut(some guy) from the live chat is th bomb in solving problems!! Big thanks for him.

"Great service and communication, once I reached out"
I really, really wanted certain giant plushies from the Pokemon Center, but had no way to get them shipped to Ireland. Atvido let me get the plushies, and though it was a complicated experience - they ended up having to be repacked because no international carrier would take such big packages! - the Atvido team responded quickly whenever I communicated with them and helped me get my issues resolved and the plushies home. The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is that their website doesn't offer many instructions; I initially was simply unable to move forward on shipping them from Ativdo the warehouse even though I could see they arrived, leaving me confused and frustrated. Only when I reached out to them did I get clarity. So, 4.5 stars, and if you have issues, email them! They can help.

"EXREMLY big scam [personal experience] "
Be careful. I lost 500EUR package due to not ticking the package insurrance. They can actually steal your package as they don't have to do anything without insurrance! Basically they can steal any package like this!
I don't explain more, there were more than 20 emails and 2 and a half months and in the end they said they cannot do anything literally as I didn't tick that checkmark!
I think they can even hack the reviews! BE CAREFUL!!!
It is stated that an investigation process is going on. If it finds my package than I will update this. I really feel sorry for this situation, I never complain, but this is much worse than just the loss of money due to a lot of problem caused due to the item didn't arrived before Christmas (as I paid an extra ~10EUR just to arrive before Christmas).

"Scammers"
After placing a substantial order worth nearly 400EUR, I received no updates or communication about my package's status. Reaching customer service was a struggle, requiring multiple attempts before I received a response. They said they returned my parcel because of broken packaging. I asked for proof and did not receive any supporting evidence. Later they said that they found my parcel and sent a picture but the provided picture was of such poor quality that it was impossible to discern its content.
Furthermore, they stated that they couldn't deliver my order to me because the parcel size was too big. No size limitations were provided on their website. The solution offered - finding my own courier and paying additional fees to Atvido (15 pounds) for them to hand over my parcel to the courier I should hire myself.
After I hired another courier and paid for their services, I also paid Atvido for their "services of handing over my parcel to another courier". The next day after that my order information mysteriously vanished from my account and they haven't explained it to this day. Despite informing Atvido of the scheduled pickup several times and 3 attempts by the courier, the parcel remained uncollected and Atvido just ghosted me. This entire ordeal resulted in nearly 500EUR in financial losses and 3 months of trying to get what I paid for.
In summary, I had proactively reached out to them many times, proactively looked for solutions, and paid them but in the end got nothing. For sure there is no fast and efficient support, probably they are too busy writing fake good reviews.

Sehr nützlicher Service und erstklassige Unterstützung! Ich habe bereits viele Bestellungen über Atvido nach Deutschland aufgegeben und hatte keine Probleme. Sie bieten auch kostenlose Rücksendungen von Deutschland nach Großbritannien an, was ein großer Vorteil ist. Mit einem riesigen Lagerhaus in der Nähe von Berlin konnte ich einmal direkt ein Paket abholen, weil ich es schneller haben wollte. Ein sehr vertrauenswürdiges Unternehmen mit einem hohen Serviceniveau.
Ich empfehle sie sehr!!!

"Die mit Abstand schlechteste Erfahrung…"
Die mit Abstand schlechteste Erfahrung mit einer Proxy Shopping Plattform. Eine Menge Geld für den Empfang für die Rund 40 empfangenen Sendungen gezahlt, welche alle pauschal mit 1kg von Atvido angegeben wurden obwohl diese jeweils nur 100-200 gramm gewogen haben. Insgesamt ca 100€ für den Versand mit DPD gezahlt. Nun warte ich seit dem 20.12.2023 auf die Lieferung und wurde bis heute von DPD und Atvido vertröstet mit der Begründung, dass es zu Lieferverzögerungen kommt oder zur Zollbeschau ist. Nach der Reklamation am 02.02.2024 wurde mir von Atvido mitgeteilt, dass keinerlei Entschädigung geleistet wird, da ich ja beim Checkout nicht die Zusatzversicherung abgeschlossen wurde obwohl jeden Paket bei DPD bis 520€ Versicherungssumme gedeckt ist. Fazit: insgesamt über 2 Monate Zeit und 700€ gesamt Verlust (Versand+Service+Ware), und Atvido haftet in keiner Weise dafür. Ich kann definitiv nur davon abraten diesen Service zu Nutzen. Sehr enttäuschend

"Muy eficientes"
He realizado hace poco un envío con Atvido y la verdad que ha ido bastante bien. En un día ya habían tramitado mi pedido, incluso siendo domingo.
El lunes ya estaba para enviar, aunque Royal Post (mensajería de UK) tardó dos días más en recogerlo. Previamente calculé cuánto suponía por dimensiones y peso el envío y a la hora de pagarlo era justamente eso, ni una pega por ese lado.
Además, el servicio de atención al cliente era muy bueno, a mi me atendió un tal Arthur y en todo momento me ha dado actualizaciones de como estaba el pedido o me ha respondido algunas dudas que tenía sobre como trabajan ellos.
En cuanto al paquete, bien protegido y sin problemas para recibirlo en la puerta de casa.
Si hacéis los pasos como yo he hecho, no tendréis problema ninguno, yo lo usaré más de seguido (sobre todo pidiendo varios paquetes a la vez para que rente), teniendo en cuenta que muchas tiendas de UK no envían a España.

I must say atvido provides a truly exceptional service!!! I never expected such swift and effective assistance!! Let me share my incredible story 🤣 I ordered a very expensive jacket from a UK e-store but to carrier mistake it was delivered to the wrong address!! The picture from the delivery moment showed it ended up in a residential area with man in trousers seemingly at home ,😂
After numerous attempts to contact the seller with no responses, I reached out Atvido. To my amazement they informed me that one of their team members recognized the location and personally retrieved my parcel from the mistaken recipient!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 This level of service is simply unbelievable. Not only is their shipping to the USA very affordable but their customer support is also exceptionally friendly and helpful!!! This experience has undoubtedly been the most remarkable I've had with any shipping forwarder.. Atvido is truly a game changer and they deserve all the praise for their outstanding work. Thank you Atvido for helping me do not loose almost 800gbp for my jacket!!! I wholeheartedly recommend your service to everyone!!!! 👍👍👍
