They aren't answering my emails about my concerns of my package, despite it arriving at the warehouse address, they haven't notified me about the next steps or the shipping method, and I do not want my package to be lost or stolen.
They only responded to one of my emails, but they were rather vague.
I am willing change this three star review to a five star review if they agree to all these following terms and conditions:
answer my inquiry within the next business hours tomorrow about the shipping method, and ship it too my US address in great condition, and I will give Atvido a five-star review. If I don't get a message by the end of the week, I am going to give Atvido a one star review.

"Une catastrophe"
Une catastrophe. Litige en cours. Une entreprise de stockage qui n'avertit pas ses clients d'un changement d'adresse Angleterre c'est magnifique ...ment honteux . J'ai 4 colis perdus dans la nature car ils ont été incapable de communiquer. Et bien sûr depuis silence radio. Je n'en resterais bien sûr pas la , je compte déposer plainte devant le centre Européen des Consommateurs.
Et pour répondre : non je n'ai pas été prévenue par email, informations mensongères

"Some advantages, but not enough to stay"
Despite some of their initial hiccups in 2023, I stayed with atvido for around 7 consolidated shipments from the UK to the EU in 2023-2024. The main perk of their service has (since late 2023) been their payment of VAT so there are no surprise fees from the in-country couriers like DHL or DPD. Unfortunately this does not work if the package is not labeled with the proper IOSS information. When this happened (fortunately only once) all they would offer me was a 5£ credit. They also regularly offer these 5£ discounts but never with any expiry information; several times I’ve tried to use one within a week or two, only to be told it was invalid. Other problems include a failure to improve their receiving process; parcels can take several days to be scanned and photos of parcels are small and often illegible. On several occasions they have purchased postage for a consolidated order (with parcel2go) only to have it sit unshipped in their warehouse for a week. Finally, they increased their package acceptance fee to 2£ per item without warning. This is painful if a seller (like Amazon or another major retailer) decides they will ship each item from an order separately. I inquired about this fee change with atvido and was told they sent two emails. I checked both of my accounts (and all spam folders) and found no emails indicating this. I asked for a copy of these messages and they could produce nothing. For these reasons I am taking my business elsewhere.
[addendum: notice the response from atvido, which addresses none of my review other than VAT. This information is also incorrect (as of April 2024); I have requested DPD shipment 2x and atvido paid VAT both times.]

"Parcel still doesn't show up on their website after a week"
My parcel, which arrived at their warehouse on the 15th (as you can see from the tracking KL891024584GB ), still doesn't show up on their website. I hope the issue will be solved promptly, it's been more than a week already :(
Other than that, they seem helpful, but a bit slow at replying
Update as of 24/05: now the website has been updated and my parcel shows up, but it doesn't show royal mail as a possible shipping option even if the package is within the limits (my parcel is 3kg, 56 x 37 x 12 cm; the limit appears to be 61 x 46 x 46 cm, 20kg). I would like to have it shipped with royal mail because of the import tax promotion, so i'll see how it goes.

My packages arrived and were paid for 5 days ago and they have not moved. I’ve sent several messages to them inquiring about my order and there has been no response.

"This company Is a scam and they will lie to your face just to avoid accountability for their mistakes"
After a dozen of unanswered emails I must say that this company isn't just a scam but they are bad at hiding it. I'm writing a second review to tell everyone to really avoid this company. If you will encounter a problem they either wont respond or will bring up the ''Insurance'' card to again avoid accountability. I have written over 10 emails about this to them and only got a few responses, this is one of them: ''Hello Dovydas,
I can see that our colleagues have sent an inquiry to the carrier to obtain an explanation for why your parcel has been held. Your parcel is not lost; it is still in one of the UK Royal Mail sorting centers. Once we receive a response, we will promptly inform you. We apologize for the inconvenience''. Now that sounded all nice and wonderful A FEW MONTHS AGO. Now please read their response to my last review where they are now talking about a ''possibly lost'' shipment. This is a very clear sign that they will LIE to your face and stall anyway they can and not solve this the issue. They have never contacted me themselves with any updates of my order and I am pretty sure they did nothing to get the ordrer to me. Now the last LIE they told me is that my order is in my country and that its just ''stuck''. I checked all possible tracking options and not a single one said that was the case. The actual case was that the order was in a best case scenario sent back and they decided to STEAL IT and keep for themselves. If you don't believe me I will again provide you all with my tracking number: LO 3259 1020 4GB.
So please if you care for your order don't use this company. They lie and keep asking for your patience and do nothing in that time that you wait. Not just that, they also provide false information about your order just so you would finally give up. For havens sake their live customer support isn't even working anymore since they probably cant deal with all the complaints from the scams they are trying to pull here.
