"Useless"

Useless, purchased 2 small items and was waiting to buy more to consolidate shipment to Ireland, got an email telling me that any items in storage over 30 days would be removed? So had to ship and it cost me more that the original shipping from the supplier would have cost.

From others reviews seems like that Atvido sometimes doesn't fullfill clients needs.
I'm using them since 2022 summer and still hadn't any bad experiences.
In 2023 4th quarter they announced a new promotion about custom duties coverage which their decision was quite weird for me and Ihadnt felt any confidence in that "promises", but despite all my doubts, they fullfilled my expectations fully.
For now I could see that they promoting their services widely in Germany on social media channels and through well known influencers.
One big disadvantage that they support for a while only in English and only through Live chat, FB messenger and email. My suggestion would be for a phone support in German language.
If someone thinking about using their services, I can confirm that's quite reliable and affordable reshipping service from the UK and for now no one's of market players doesn't offering custom duties coverage for free.
If someone wants to shop on any UK e-stores like before brexit, Atvido is definitely the best option!!!

"Service Ok but does not excel"

First time I used Atvido to ship one parcel from UK to Italy. Parcel received but it took many days to get it. My parcel arrived to Atvido Warehouse on 27 December 2023 and I was notified about the parcel on 6 January, after sending emails to the address and contacting them via FB. I paid right away for the delivery to Italy and I got 10 days later, but that is UPS lengthy process. For sure they received a lot of parcels during the Christmas time, but it was a pain in the neck to communicate with them via email or FB.

"Import tax promo"

So until February 1st 2024, Atvido has a "promo", that they will pay your parcels import taxes. Ordered, payed for my shipment and then received information from the customs that I need to pay import taxes! After reaching out to Atvido support, I get a message back that they payed everything and I just need to send the confirmation code to the customs. From the customs I received a reply that they don't see the code in their system, that the import taxes haven't been paid and that the code I received means basically nothing to them, because it's not proof that the taxes been paid. So my parcel is still stuck at customs, it's been almost a week and the man from support (Benjamin) isn't to quick to write me back anymore. So I will be probably forced to pay taxes myself :) not recommending Atvido

"They do their job very well"

They do their job very well!
I have 9 orders delivered safely already.
Advantages they have:
- Quite cheap and affordable shipping prices
- Free returns from Germany to the UK (I've used only once, it worked perfectly)!
- Custom duties covering for DE clients and I had nothing to pat on arrival!!
Disadvantage:
- They always provide shipment picture in the system which could be in better quality
- I had to sent on my own expenses from Stuttgart to Frankfurt Order for free return to the UK. Could be great if this part of return to the UK would be free of charge.

Despite all these disadvantages, service is great 👍

"Good for the price, and competitive options"

Overall as per the title, pretty good for the price I'd say. It does take a while, but I've found that especially with devices containing batteries, their UPS and Landmark Postal Options are super competitive, compared with the 4x as much FedEx and DHL Options, especially when you don't need it overnight (but there's no other option!). Takes about a month I found though, but I'm happy with that for the price/options available.

Has definitely changed the game for me and purchasing battery related products overseas now!

es una gran mentira. primero, hasta finales de enero, los gastos de aduana correrían a cargo de atvido. En lugar de eso, me han cobrado 26 £ más. Y al día siguiente me llega el aviso de aduanas de que todavía tengo que arreglarlo todo yo. Así que atvido no hizo nada, se limitó a reenviar el paquete a 3,50 libras con royal mail, como el remitente original. Es 1 gran mentira y pura estafa. La dirección de correo electrónico no está localizable

Update,
After finally be able to get in touch with atvido, they told me that normal port for Royal Mail is 25 Pounds, while I always ordered products from the UK that were shipped by Royal Mail to Spain for 3.50 pounds, so first open lie, even when they know that the customer knows the real price. It took so long to finally hear that it something doesn't work right and that I had to contact the local customs in Spain to explain them how the custom fee has been paid that the parcel already has been destroyed at the customs. So I didn't only loose my money, but also the parcel is gone completely.
Never use this service to save money on the customs which would have been 25€, I have paid them anyway in addition of my order, but this time, to save the 25€, I also lost my order of 60€

I’m very glad with this service of reshipping from UK to the NL. It takes a few weeks, but I’m very happy with the overall experience. I can totally recommend it and will use their service again.

Despite comprehensive feedbacks, they've never losted or damaged my shipments. What is the most important for me that if I send more expensive items, they offer to repack them into safer package for free! I hope this level of service continues...

I have already posted the negative note, and I was asked for pull it out after promising me that my parcel will come to me.

My parcel was lost after a very long process of finding it. I could not also follow it and it was an 100€ worthy present for my wife.

Also the price was not much cheaper - maybe 1-2€ as the normal one through the eBay. Definitely will never use this website buying anything.
