I made an order through this website on the October 17th, cause Pokemon Center does not ship to Italy. Even when the order was delivered to the warehouse (October 20th), I was not able to see my parcel before a couple of days (October 23rd). This service was kind of slow, but don’t panic, your account will eventually be updated.

They have shipped via UPS the parcel as soon as I paid it so this was pretty fast. I have paid the shipment 35 euros for an élite trainer box (which weights <1kg) so their service it’s not cheap, this was something I didn’t consider but it’s still an option for buying things you wouldn’t be able to buy normally. The package arrived on November 7th, even if I bought the express delivery (estimation was October 29th), so I guess I could've paid 10 euros less to get the same velocity. However this fault maybe it's not on their side, cause the label was created a few hours later I paid the shipment.

On top of this I had to pay the import another 15 euros which I didn't expect or considered but again, it's just an info and not on their side.

Their support is strange and unfortunately slow: the phone number on the site doesn’t work, the live chat it’s not live, and finally I received answers on Facebook and on email (not sure if Trustpilot review helped or not, but take it into account if needed).

I am not sure I recommend this service, the only thing I can say is it is legit and the package arrived perfectly. It's slow but definitely not a scam.
I will probably try another proxy service in the future in order to compare this experience with other providers.

Slow, expensive, unresponsive. It would have cost me less and have been faster to have my products shipped directly to me. I hope they’re able to work out the kinks in the service but as of now it seemed disorganized.

Problem 1: Atvido advertises a far lower price for shipping when they’re acquiring you as a customer than they offer you when your packages already arrive. It was twice as expensive as originally quoted, making the cost savings of using the service nonexistent

Problem 2: Atvido didn’t register my parcel as received at the warehouse until 2 days after it was received and two follow up emails. Then when I went to repackage and send, they didn’t mail it for another 3 days!! So basically I am waiting five days for their staff to process a package.

Problem 3: When it was sent, they didn’t provide a tracking number. I had to ask three times via chat / email to get it. One response was “yes we provide tracking numbers” without the actual tracking number. And I had to wait three days for this response.

I’ve received over 10 shipments through Atvido and everything has been great. They offer very speedy delivery, wide range of carriers and budget friendly prices as well!! Their services are quite handy, making it easier for Americans to receive items from the UK.
