I was concerned about my purchase with this company because some bad reviews I read about it but to my surprise my item was the last one in stock and they shipped right away and came exactly as was described so don’t know why some people don’t get the same service but my was excellent
I will buy again from them if I find something I need

Ordered a pole speaker stand that arrived damaged. The box was badly damaged and couldn't be used to return it. I contacted Shop.BLT.com explained the situation, sent pictures and filled out return form. Within 2 days I received email stating refund was applied to my cc. Great customer service!

I'd never shopped at ShopBLT, and I needed a corporate licence renewal for a Trend Micro antivirus suite. Price was good and processing of the renewal was fast. I got the renewal codes from Trend Micro within a day, which is 2-5 days faster than with vendors I'd used in the past. Can't confirm it was ShopBLT or Trend Micro who was faster but, regardless, the process was fast and as painless as it can be for spending thousands of $$.

Great service, I just wish they accept Paypal. Come on ShopBLT, it's 2021 and all you take are credit cards? Time to raise up your game.

PS: To answer your reply, this takes two stars off your service because nobody likes to give away her/his credit card details while secure online payment methods like Paypal or Venmo are available. Most online resellers use Paypal or other similar secure service, I don't see why you cannot.

Try to blame the manufacturer, but other vendors seem to be able to meet their ETAs. Hmm.

You have to jump through some extra hoops to order from here, such as having to confirm small authorizations to your credit card before completing an order. Also, read carefully about their order cancellation and return policies. After that the process was fine; my order was shipped from Ingram, which is a wholesaler that many indie retailers use, and it was delivered quickly.

This place is no help to me I order a Intel core i3 9100f and it hasn't been updated in the tracking system of any company and I call for customer service number on shopblt and my call gets declined instantly so how am I supposed to get my package now or get updates even. lucky they replied and they picked the phone up it was broken so now i gotta wait to see if they find it so it gets updated to 4
