Ordered parts that were in stock, according to the webshop.
After 2 weeks i got an e-mail that the parts are not in stock.
But they would be within 48 hours.
Right now ive entered week 7 and i am still waiting on parts.
Telephone service is bad, they are friendly but nut helpfull at all.

"Avoid this dealer"
I have ordered parts for my RRC marked as "in stock". I waited 20 days. And the answer was that they are waiting these parts from supplier. After 2 months they are not answering any more to my e-mails. I didn't received my parts or a refund.

"Probably the worst parts company/customer service in the UK"
Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with, take money for out of Stock parts (door tops), restocking took several months, items delivered to wrong address three times, when they did arrive they were poor quality and both transit damaged, not surprising given the minimal and scrappy packaging, a paltry refund offered and refused, only to find on further examination that they has sent out two left hand tops and not a pair! Then had to wait until they were returned before being offered a refund, and guess what I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED, empty apologies, gross inefficiency, and complete lack or care towards the customer, never again will they have any business from me.

"Shockingly Horrible Service and Ambivalence"
I ordered a Front Runner Spare Tire carrier for my LR3/ Discovery 3. It was missing a critical part; the Template to cut the hole in the rear bumper. I have been chasing it now for five days only to be told that they are looking into it and they can only apologize. They are completely disinterested in resolving my issue. I call everyday to get a status. Their management is unavailable or won't return my call.
I order a lot of parts of Defender builds we do in the US. I will never order another part from John Craddock again. Avoid them at all costs.

"Terrible service and don’t care attitude."
When ordering I went for 3-5 days delivery, when I didn’t receive an email I phoned and was informed the item was in ‘processing’. Two days later nothing so my husband phoned only to be told it is 3-5 working days for dispatch not delivery - so why does the webpage say ‘delivery’? Also told we would receive an email from them! Customer service as bad as delivery and to top it all not all of the fixings are there! Used J Craddock years ago and couldn’t fault them back then but now will find somewhere else😀. Another customer showing their displeasure by using their feet and walking away to find another supplier😀

If you have an online shop and claim to dispatch the same day, 8 days order picking is just not done. Now at a second order.. its the same song all over. It's just that they claim to supply a part that Paddock does not have.. I would buy at Paddock Spares 10 to 1.

Increased price more than 7 days after sale which also indicates how long it takes them to dispatch an order. Not even a token apology in the email request for extra payment. Website not updated to show the increased price. Rude and unprofessional.

I placed my order three weeks ago and still waiting living in Canada you expect some delays but not this long I have ordered goods from Australia,
New Zealand, Japan , Hong Kong and The U.K that arrived faster for less shipping charges .John Craddock is of my list of suppliers ,Slow and unresponsive would be the best description.
And I still don't have the items I paid for.
