But as it was not possible gave a full refund.

After a poor experience last time, I vowed not to use these guys again. But benefit of doubt and a fair time passed, I thought I would try again. Turns out I should have stuck with my original decision. Yet again goods not shipped in a timely manner, no communication in regards to them being shipped late, refuse refund of the paid for delivery service. Therefore as they still hadn't shipped I cancelled the order and will listen to my own advice - there will be no next time.

Just watch out on their web site, I was looking for new wheel nuts for my disco, on the nut page it has a link to a full set which I ordered.
they arrived quite quickly but they are for a defender and huge.
contacted customer service and no problems they would exchange them.
took a trip out to their shop, Nuts swapped without any problems. totally perfect customer service.
price difference refunded.
