"Awful company to deal with"

I haven't been left much choice to resort to here to write a review.

My first encounter with this company was around 2 years ago buying a £7 Clevis for my Transfer Box and to this day, it still hasn't arrived and I haven't had a refund.

More recently, I needed a thermostat. I wanted a genuine one but wanted it the same week. This company were the only ones who could deliver on that. It was advertised on eBay under 3 day delivery using Royal Mail 48. This was 7 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. Fair enough, not that long ago but they've took my money and not made any attempt to contact me. There's been NO communication. I've rang and they answered and said they'd ring me back and never did. I've sent 2 messages on eBay and nothing back. Sent an email and nothing. I literally just wanted to know if they were actually going to send it so I could get my truck back on the road. I also left a comment on one of their Facebook posts (nothing bad, just expressing that they'd not sent the part) and they could be bothered to delete it but can't be bothered to get back to me! As it stands they now owe me £30. Next step will be trading standards if they don't get back to me as far as I'm concerned. If you look at their Google reviews they've done this to several people

"Quality Waterproof Seat Covers"

I had just paid out £1,300 for a new set of Defender front seats and being a builder I started to see the new seats deteriorating after a month!
I searched around for a set of waterproof seat covers and so glad I went for these. They are tailor made and a very snug fit, made of a very durable waterproof material that will last even with the demands I will put them through.
Very pleased and quickly delivered too. Thank you.

"John Craddock Unreliable and poor service. Don't believe what they tell you."

John Craddock are a totally unprofessional business. Part ordered and promised for delivery 29th May. No delivery. Contacted Craddocks who changed date of delivery to 2nd June no delivery. Dpd attempted delivery to wrong address. Contacted craddock who advised would be delivered later same day. Within minutes had update to state delivery would be Monday 5th June. Craddock customer services is appalling, cannot get facts correct or consistent and treat customers like dirt. When you ask to speak to a manager craddock refer you back to their non existent customer services as the company is managed by the customer services apparently. Shambles. Wouldn't buy from you again in any case. This occasion was bad enough. REFUND required. Refund the money you have taken. Now! Bank are aware you have drawn funds when your customer services recalled the undelivered product.

I really appreciated the fast delivery. The ramp came within a day. It was packaged nicely. Perfect condition. Works perfectly fine with a 40kg dog. The dog loves using it as well. Great company to buy from. Would highly recommend, and I would buy from this company again.

Poor service ordered a part on Saturday which said available and ready to dispatch and then Thursday the following week had a email telling me that the part would have to be ordered in to them and would cost me a extra £20 for me to order checked the website and the part was still the same price I originally paid and was still available ready for dispatch they wouldn’t honour the price I paid but was offered a refund
