Don’t waste your time with them. Ordered two tyres to be told they were not in stock and they would be arriving a week later. A week later no communication at all. A week after that I received a message with them stating there had been an internal error and I was to pay an extra £40+ vat for the carriage. (Turns out the tyres had gone up by that amount in those two weeks, strangely coincidental) Instead of honouring the order they want to pass that extra onto myself. I won’t be using them again and I would urge you to look elsewhere. To top it all off when I phoned to discuss the increase in price they hung up on me. Maybe James needs some training on customer service.

The only problem that I experienced was with Range Rover stub axle paper gaskets.... they are poor quality reproductions that need work to make them fit

Dispatch time was ok.
Royal Mail appear to have delivered the item to the wrong address. Not John Craddocks fault but their after service was shocking.
I was advised in the first instance that because it has been marked as delivered that I’d have to order and pay again.
The subsequent reply to me asking how to escalate resulted in being told my property access is the reason for the issue and that I need to tell Royal Mail to stop delivering to other addresses….
I can only assume whoever I was emailing took it upon themselves to look at my address on street view…

Shan’t be ordering from them again based on this alone. My dispute with eBay is still on going but I’d rather order elsewhere and lose the £6 for this part I am waiting on.
