Maintenant tout a disparu, le "courtier" ne répond plus, les mails sont retournés .

il y a qq mois, j'ai placé des fonds chez 3s money et tout a disparu.
Le contact que j'avais a disparu bel et bien. Injoignable par mail et par téléphone.
J'ai tout perdu,
Je vais aller porter plainte auprès des autorités compétentes et j'espère récupérer mon argent, mais je n'y crois pas trop, l'entreprise étant à l'étranger.

Account opening was friendly and efficient, however once I tried to send a USD payment including providing them a copy of the SWIFT document detailing the transfer, they told me the funds never arrived in my company’s account. The sending bank said they couldn’t recall it because it was already in the destination account. And that’s just about the worse thing that could happen with a bank account. 3S are effectively shrugging and sayings it’s not their problem. I don’t get it.

Jan 2025 - very satisfactorily resolved, thank you 3S for following up. Increased to 4* because it shouldn’t have happened in the first place but after this TrustPilot report, 3S quickly addressed things.

They are scammers. Be carefull.they accept money but when its about to do outgoing its so complicated and need abrobation..if you want to close your account they rug you and take 6 months of fees.dont be fools like me

I am extremely disappointed 😞 with 3S Money. First of all they asked me to pay 80 USD for verification after paying there was further set of questions and documentation on which I have to further 129 USD for lawyer/notary fees for one of the documents they deemed must.

Now I have been waiting for more than a month and my application is still under review.

I never thought even after paying i have to suffer this much.

Please need immediate action from your side other refund my 200 USD which I spent on you.
