I had some difficulty determining the proper specifications for my custom screens. Leanne at customer service was extremely helpful and worked with me to make sure the specs got me exactly what I needed.

Quality of material is outstanding, as well as workmanship. My only gripe is how they charged for shipping. Each item had a separate shipping charge which by itself was not cheap, but they all came in the same box -- why did I have to pay 3x a shipping fee if it was rolled all into one box. This did not make sense to me. Please review this business principle.
