Order placed on 18th July, processed immediately and payment taken. When order was placed the website stated the item was in stock and ships within 24hrs.
After receiving no shipping confirmation/tracking details I contacted wileyx and was told they were on holidays until the 24th of July and the order would ship 24hrs after that. I was told if I had read the terms and conditions of sale that’s where I would have found out they were on holidays.
Why not clearly advertise on your website that you’re warehouse is on holidays. Why still list shipping time on in stock items as 24hrs?
It took a full week from the order being placed until it shipped. And another week until delivered. Very poor service.
