It said that my items would be sent in 24 hours almost 2 weeks later and the only thing I have received is a email about rating my purchase and I haven’t received anything so ofc I’m not happy with the experience

I paid £168 for a pair of “WX ALFA, Lenses: CAPTIVATE™ Polarized Copper” on the 10/07/22 and I still haven’t received them.
I emailed Wiley EU and got an email back saying that they are on holiday until the 22/07/22????
This certainly wasn’t made clear when I ordered them and I find it strange that a company like Wiley just shut down?? This isn’t my first pair of Wiley’s and they aren’t cheap , to say I’m disappointed is an understatement!
