Having had limited experience before starting, I appreciated his patience, expertise and ability to explain complex topics in a clear and supportive way. Alasdair was brilliant throughout our course. Content was delivered excellently. Extra materials were provided for relevant studies/ topics as a group we were interested in. Insight into the industry was given to.
Would highly recommend completing your course in - person. The time we spent in the gym was valuable and something online, you wouldn't get.

I originally signed up for the online course, this didn’t work well for me and the Fitness Group team managed to get me on a face to face course almost immediately which I am very grateful for. The course itself was run by Alasdair who had a wealth of knowledge and shared that with us. He was thorough is what he delivered and also what he expected from us. He brought a very calming nature to the course; which was great for me as it settled my nerves almost immediately. He was open to questions throughout the course and made certain aspects a lot simpler than they looked! Thank you for travelling all the way down to help with our assessments Alasdair, very much appreciated.

Signing up for the online level 2 and level 3 courses was super easy. When I had a few questions about logging in and finding the portal, Pam got back to me so quickly and was super friendly and helpful the whole time, even when it turns out I was just missing something silly - I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again if I have any other technical issues!! All the info seems fairly well laid out and comprehensive. All in all would recommend!
