"Can't even log in after payment is made"
At first I tried the MI extension, basically don't give you anything. I decided to upgrade to beginner plan. The link cut after I sent payment. I can't log in and my money is already taken.
Since the beginning I have trouble just to log in.. The support told me to do hard refresh on my browser, which I did. The problem persists.

"Customer Service is not existent"
I had an inquiry about billing so I sent a message to the instant chat which claims to "reply in minutes". I waited hours and still no reply and I even saw that my messages were seen. I got fed up and sent another message and after another hour someone finally replied and said that they contacted the billing department and is waiting to hear back from them about my inquiry. After more hours have went by, there still have been no responses/follow up/progress whatsoever. I pretty much waited for a whole day to get 1 reply back that did not help. I even tried calling them twice but no one picked up because they are "busy" and told me to leave a message. I did leave a message but I got no callbacks. This is ridiculous and I rather give my money to other competitors because Viral Launch has the worse customer service ever. What is the point of having a customer service if they don't respond?? Today is Friday and so I will have to wait until Monday. If they still don't respond on Monday, expect another 1 star review.

"Don't even try It!! Worst Costumer Service"
We started to use this software in October 2019, and we ended on February 2020. We spend $1500 on a monthly basis just for have a “dedicated” team in charge of our account. They switched at least 3 times persons in charged, and every single one of them was not able to “honor” what we where paying for Results could not been worst for us , ACOS, skyrocketing, spending insanely high and the overall experience a real nightmare. I have never seen a customer service as bad as the one we received, after months of writing looking for answers we are still waiting.
The results we obtained are very far from the contractual obligations signed. As you might know in a software like this, no one guarantees results, but they never made an effort to understand the business and the categories in which we sold that were explained specifically at the signing of the contract.
the videos they make on YouTube are marketing masterpieces, but in practice, the results are really disappointing.
I just can say and suggest with all responsibility to anyone who’s might be interested in working with this company two simple words: STAY AWAY

I got some good feed back but I ask about another question with a screen shot but no answer . I needed to know couple of more things but no response. So I just work around it . Oh well

I'm getting the best of support. Drew has been quite responsive to my inquiries giving me prompt support whenever I run into hitches in the use of the tool. So far so good.

Good morning, I entered to launch my product, you press and it takes you directly to a page to launch it, after being awhile I knew that you had to introduce the product. I finished entering the data but I could not move forward, I had to pay first but I did not know where, at the end on the product introduction page behind the chat was the cart, there is no description, I made the payment.
I uploaded 150 coupons, and they would not let me launch, then I found out that there was one more test to do.
At the end I finished, I hope that today they launch, 24 hours have passed. and I do not know anything, hopefully the work already done will be worth it and if it goes well I will repeat despite the few explanations that are available.

"Viral launch SCAMMED OUR MONEY and are not replying us."
DO NOT USE Viral Launch. We paid $2000-$3000 USD for a photoshoot, and their team took the exact same photos for our competitor within a year. Seriously what the hell? They took the EXACT SAME photos for our competitor.
You guys deleted and blocked me from Amazon Fba Data Hunter group and are not replying. You guys plagarised our photoshoot and gave it to a competitor. We are not going to stop here.
We want a full refund on this photoshoot.
It has been 4 days since i emailed you Viral Launch. FOUR DAYS. Stop avoiding this issue and address it like a real company.
