i have a win pending after using them for close to or more than 6 months, i started with a other bank that does a barclays card account i am now with metro bank they are now refusing to pay me a win even though i deposited with my metro card unless i provide info on a card i shut down half a year ago, and all i get is our banking team wants this information yet when i ask to speak to the banking team apparently they ARE ALL FEKING GHOSTS AND NEVER THERE. i trust hitler farther

I use mfortune Texas Holdem Poker. I recently won £900 however mfortune have been very reluctant to pay up in a timely manner. I have provided them with numerous documentation to prove who I am but have been told the security team need to do further "checks".

They have not paid within the stated timescale and I am very frustrated that it is taking so long.

I do not even want to give 1 star. Shocking customer care. The scam that is Mfortune had told me that I will be paid out in 3 - 4 days, at the end of this period I receive a SMS to say that I need to call them to add more info. The call was pointless and then had to use their app to send ID which I would of dine first of all if instructed. They told me that I have to wait a further 3 - 4 days, upto 7. On the call I felt that is was an injustice as it could of been resolved at first opportunity. The lady on the phone did not want to hear what I had to say and purposely put the phone down on me. I do not swear or be rude to the lady but yet she could not handle a simple complaint. I used the live chat on the app and was given the run around where they cannoy give any straight answers.beginning to feel thag I have been duped by this company and am starting legal proceedings for the return of my money. I wait with no faith that I will be deposited with my winnings.

A complete SCAM!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER USED THIS SITE UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN I SAW A BONUS TO JOIN. AFTER JOINING I WON £65, FEELING GREAT AND REALLY HAPPY. I THEN WENT TO WITHDRAW MY WINNINGS AND MY WITHDRAWAL WAS DECLINED BY THEM. APON CONTACTING THEM THEY TOLD ME IT WAS BECAUSE I BROKE THERE RULES BY HAVING ANOTHER MULTIPULE ACCOUNT IN MY NAME. I HAD NEVER EVER USED THIS SITE BEFORE SO THAT WAS NOT AT ALL TRUE. AFTER THIS I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF REVIEWS THAT HAVE SAID THE SAME THING. THIS COMPANY MAKES MONEY BY DECLINING ANY WITHDRAWL FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE. ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING. SHAME ON YOU. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THERE SIGN UP BONUS BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW ANYTHING FROM THESE. THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! DISGUSTING
