After an offer where if you withdraw £100 they match it for you drew me in I downloaded and withdrew £100 which was instantly not matched so I then go to withdraw it. After speaking with 8, yes 8 different advisors over chat/email and phone none of them gave me the money back. I finally got through to someone that was willing to help and said I must supply them a photo of my ID, a bank statement and my bank card to get the refund.
