Do not use. Fast to take money out of your account. Not so fast putting it back. Requires bank statement, phone bill and driving licence for £40.00. Will do anything for you to revert your winnings so you loose. 6 weeks, all ID sent still no winnings.

After numerous phone calls, it looks like the winning may be returned. Which will take 1-2 working for this to be processed. After waiting over 6 weeks.
However, checking my phone bill they charge you for them to send you text messages £12.50 on one phone bill. I am now on hold to them to stop the text messages, as this is the only way to do it. Please stay away from this company. Learn from my mistake!!!!!

I only gave one star because I had to in order to write this review. I am absolutely disgusted and outraged as mfortune Bingo is happy to take your money but when you win they refuse to pay out wnd make you jump through all sorts of hoops in the from of photographic ID, bank statements, mobile phone bills, proof of address etc and even when you have sent all the requested documents you get told its not valid or good enough. It would honestly be easier to take out a £500k mortgage than recieve your winnings from mfortune Bingo.

Absolutely appalling customer service, they hate paying money out, I have had a £39.98 withdrawal pending for about 3-4 weeks with problem after problem occurring & magically appearing. Now after nearly a month I have been told I will not receive it because it was from free bonuses & I have not made a deposit, but if I was to make a deposit & win from bonuses again then I could withdraw but either way the £39.98 as just disappeared & gone, never to be seen again, so even if I now make a deposit this £39.98 has magically disappeared, I would recommend nobody using MFORTUNE ever, it is like a disease of a website.
