Absolutely crap website and extremely crap customer service. Been waiting for ages now for them to withdraw my winnings (even waited more than the 7 days required. I've given them my documents numerous times but still nothing. Avoid this site because it is crap. They don't pay out when you win, they don't care about anybody . I would give this zero stars if I could. This company needs shutting down ASAP!!!! Not surprised to see all these bad reviews on here I’ve had to get onto the gambling commission and IBAS to get my money. I’ve recently just withdrew from these £300. I used my new mobile number to deposit and I’ve sent all the proof that number is mine. And passport and ban details etc that I’m the holder. Now they’ve told me they want proof off the number I registered with 3 years ago. (I didn’t deposit via this) they want proof of this bill. When it was a pay as you go and there’s no bill so it’s impossible. They should only need the proof of the number I used to deposit with which I have shown them. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT use this company you’ll not be paid your winnings out. They need shutting down for this and I’ve seen nothing but awful bad reviews SCAMMMM!!!!!!!!!!
