Absolute con, customer services are shocking and will find any reason possible not to give you your money. All that was wrong with my account was a miss spelling and I can’t withdraw because of it and they won’t allow me to change it.

Almost Every day for the last 2 weeks I have received free bonuses which automatically apply them selves to the account when u open the app.. When u win they try every trick in the book to not pay out,Twice now since been a customer of mFortune they have declined my full winnings because of free bonuses been applied on the account.. They send so many promotions to people to provoke them to deposit.. All take, take, take and dont want to give.. They say they're abiding by UK gambling commission ect but I don't think that's true by the amount of promo messages and deposit promos they send.. Its a Conn to get people hooked to deposit.. If u like a little gamble now and then I recommend skyVegas, casumo, paddy Power, 777 or 888.com.. 777.com gives u 77 free spins on signing up no deposit, one day I got a £130 bonus on top of a £10 deposit, three days later I cashed out £10,000 with no problems.. I do hope if I win I dont get this problem I’m reading , “not getting paid out without ID”. I do understand some sites I’ve played have only asked for passport or driving license and that’s been sufficient . Asking for phone bill etc is silly when people opt for paperless bills these days. After I received my 100th bonus promo text for the week I thought I'd call up and cancel. They said I couldn't without sending an email and identification docs to them, why? I didn't even sign up to you.

Dodgy Dodgy practices. Stay well clear.

***It's nice of them to reply with some standard gumpth below, but fact is I 100% didn't sign up with these people, so I didn't opt in (Unless it was through a third party.) The frequency of texts you send is also ridiculous.

After recently joining I won on free money they gave me £150 didn't think I could withdraw it so spent all back then was given free spins so played them ended up winning £100 this time thought I'd call and ask what t&cs are on withdrawing was told I could bank transfer it excited yes please as I'd lost my purse few days prior to this only to be in 2md week now with still not receiving money get robbed off spoken over by customer service staff I play a different site and never encountered any issues what so ever I don't appreciate being spoken over or being treated like I just come off a banana boat I won't be playing or depositing your reviews speak a million words about your company and its not one I wish to further deal with.

Happy to take your money but not pay out. I have been asked for ID and proof of phone bill payment lots of times. In the majority, I'm happy to oblige. However, after already providing this at the start of this month, i am now asked for it again only a matter of weeks later. But this time for a bill that doesnt even exist!!
Incredibly poor customer service. After asking what triggers this request for additional info, i was told that they can just ask for it whenever they want.
No doubt there will be some bull-excrement response below here but the rationale in this particular situation is flawed!!
