Rung them and they said i had a old account registered with an old number so they couldnt pay out. They deleted old account and said if i win again i could withsdaw it. I tried to withdraw 8 days ago since then I've had multiple phone conversations and submitted a long list of ID (driving licence, phone bills, bank statements) after being proactive. I was told over the weekend that my ID had finally been approved but I am still waiting for my money. I was told I would receive a text within 1-2 working days and then a further 1-3 days for my bank to process. Ive received no text and it's been 3 days I've been sending emails every day with no response. When you try to do live chat you never get through. Terrible customer service and would appear to be a tactic to delay paying as per other reviews. I would recommend not spending any money with the multiple arms of mfortune.
