Worse gaming site I have ever used STAY AWAY after depositing 60 quid via mobile phone only to win 40 back they now want ever aspect of my life proof I have payed phone bill so showed them saying it's payed then they wanted my bank statement showed them my banks statement coz it says mins 1000 on my balance then I showed them that I can't get an overdraft as it say overdraft 0 it's just one thing after another don't go on this website as u will never receive it money

*Beware* Mfortune casino are a rip off company!!! Do not use! My wife won £2000 fare and square. They refused to pay out. Surprising how easy it was to put money into their account but when you try to take what you won out you have to prove who you are when you paid your last bill screen shot your bank account what shoe size you are when you had your last pee etc... after you have done all that they still refuse to pay out! Looks like the house always wins with this one. 😡🤬
*update 13/9/18* she HAS proved all they asked for and done everything asked. The "banking team" then refused to pay out the money! So thank you for the reply however this is no help and I see plenty more people on here saying the same.

Absolute rob dogs I deposited £30 4 days ago which went through perfectly fine however when I went to withdraw the £80 I won my account was locked until I gave them my ID. I sent my ID to them but was told to ring them for further proof which I did on 4 separate occasions only to be told that my name and date of birth was wrong so I couldn’t get through security. When I asked what I needed to do they told me to think of what name and DOB I would of used when creating the account... now surely if I was to create an account with them I wouldn’t just pick a random name and DOB it’s obviously a mistake somewhere along the line but they won’t help me at all I just get told to think of the random name and DOB that they say is on the account. Personally I just think they are trying to pull a fast one and hope I get bored and go away but unfortunately for them I’ll keep ringing every day until they sort this out. As I said total rob dogs stay clear of them and only trust the main sites as these will do literally anything not to pay out including telling you that you don’t know your own name...
Also I asked about how legal it was to use other people’s details to open an account to which they said that’s the reason my account was closed however they won’t return any deposits illegally made.
After reading through all the other reviews I think the best course of action is to report you to the uk gambling Commission as not only have you robbed me of my deposit/withdrawal but you also let me gamble on your site after I signed up to gamstop 3 months ago. You claim my name isn’t correct on your system but my phone number is so you still shouldn’t of let me deposit so hopefully they give you a nice big fine for breaking ‘responsible gambling’ rules :)
You shouldn’t, can’t and won’t get away with what you do so to all the people who have similar issues with this company I urge you to report them and hopefully we can get them shut down ASAP.

I tried to text your call centre for a callback however no response as of yet. I really don’t see the point as they won’t speak to me as I can’t clear security... Give me the number of whoever can help sort this out so I don’t have to bother with your robotic call centre staff please.
