Bad site was playing for a while they asked for i sent it and they said they didn't get it then I sent it again and they said they still didn't get it then they kept making excuses up about it so I couldn't get my winnings and they still haven't payed out ithink be they are a scam getting money out of people and not paying out scammers be aware of this site ok to take my money but inot pay out I have done both options and not successful on both parts IAM terminal lung cancer patient and don't need the stress with it all I want is my winnings as IAM trying to save for treatment

This is the first time I have ever written a review, but I thought this would be worthwhile to warn others of the dangers of using small companies to gamble with.

These companies prey upon vulnerable people, particularly those who have cancelled their accounts on more reputable sites.

When I signed up to Mfortune, I deposited £250, when I looked at my balance it was £355. This triggered alarm bells in itself, as I had not signed up for any bonuses. When I went to play the roulette game I had signed up for, I had to download an app for Android, which upon opening, told me that I did not qualify for playing roulette.

The next step for me was inevitably to phone the customer service number, which ended with me being told that the money I had deposited could not simply be withdrawn, but that I had to wait 1 to 2 days until the banking department had put the request through, then log back in to the account to request a withdrawal to my personal account, which would take several more days. I asked Mfortune if I could self exclude while I was on the phone, and that I had a serious gambling problem. The response was that it would affect the withdrawal, that they could not contact me to inform me when my money would be available for me to withdraw. On this occasion I decided to keep the account open as I could not afford to delay the payment over the Christmas period.

I have yet to see how this will transpire, though I have not much optimism. Only time may tell. I have, however requested the full telephone recording and transcript and will submit an inquiry to the UK gambling commission in anticipation of a full investigation.

Mfortune casino do not use disgusting and awful site i won £500 they wanted my id my twin brothers id and my partners id what happened to data protection anyway I’ve sent all relevant id and over 30 phone calls later it’s sorted. Well it’s not now I look in my withdrawal on mfortune casino and it says £200 😡 unacceptable so another phone call and they tell me that all I can withdraw on a bonus win from £500 is only £200 😡 so there £300 up. But it states that you can withdraw all your winnings from a bonus this is not true 💯 I’m fuming and you would be too. They are alright taking your money but every time you win you have to provide more and more ID , so far they have my drivers licence, bank statement, copy of my debit card , phone bill and they still want more !!!! Each time you supply something you get told that’s the last time !!!!

been nothing but problems with withdrawing my winnings. I.D uploaded yet a few days after attempting to withdraw my winnings i get the same message saying to contact help by texting a certain number and then fobbed off and having to attempt to withdraw again and this happens over and over again
