"Awful customer service..fraudsters"

Awful customer service, rude and unwilling to transfer to manager.
Won 3 weeks ago. Several excuses as to why I've not yet received it.
Said bank refused it.
Bank confirmed received nothing and not them.
Asked for full bank statement showing no money gone in.
When sent statement with confidential transactions blacked out they refused it and asked for full statement again. I said no. It's against GDPR.
They have now said it can take 10 days.. for me to receive into bank.
If returned then I should give them my bank card number and they will add it on to it! Really! I may as well give me card number out online... Fraudsters..
These people could be anyone!
Still waiting..let's see if I ever receive it..
Won on 17th june..they returned to my player acc because they dont want to pay out. If this is the case then dont give out free spins..
