"Stack is the ultimate moving hack!"

I would absolutely recommend Stack to anyone looking to move. It was the easiest packing experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve moved 4 times in the past 10 years. Not having to assemble boxes and dispose of them at the end of the move takes so many steps out of an already difficult process. In addition, the boxes are sturdy — STURDY — I have never felt more confident in packing breakables. All of our glassware arrived snuggled and safe in their bins. You get dollys with your order which make it super easy to move your boxes around the house as you go.

My only caveat - the room estimation wasn’t quite right for us, we went with the 3 bedroom option but if you have a well stocked kitchen or numerous closets then I would add an extra room. We ended up having to buy some cardboard at the last minute even though I think our Stack person would have brought more bins if we’d had a days notice.

Oh and we went with the partner moving company, Tera, and found that to be the most seamless moving experience! Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful.

Some came cracked and dirty for me. Usage was easy I liked I didn’t have to assemble boxes and get tape and worry about boxes breaking. Downside was the pickup process really. The guy called me 18 times in 10 minutes while I told them I was at work and to leave a voicemail or text me with the time they were going to pickup which they never did. They just kept calling nonstop. Then the guy who was picking them up refused to come up the elevator to pick them up despite that being part of the service to my understanding hence why you select if there’s stairs/elevators etc. the first guy had no problem delivering to my door. The price is also another downside. You pay by the week and it’s definitely more expensive than boxes even living in California. Wouldn’t use again but was a good idea in theory

It was very easy to reserve the bins. The communication on delivery and pick up times was clear. The drivers showed up on time and were pleasant and professional. The bins were clean and the dolly was sturdy. I will be recommending this service to anyone I know who needs moving supplies.

Stack overall was a pretty good experience and totally made my recent move more efficient. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is due to the pick-up of the bins not taking place on time. They were a day late picking up and I had to reach out to them unlike when they were coordinating a time for drop off.
