My moving was easy , because the stacks were so practical and perfect sizes. I couldn’t have made the best choice . I would suggest them to anyone moving !

"A more convenient way to move"

Decided to try renting plastic bins instead of collecting cardboard boxes for this move. Great experience! The bins were much more spacious and durable than cardboard boxes. Ergonomic handles were a plus. We stacked six boxes onto each dolly per trip without trouble. Our only complaint is that most of the bins were dirty upon delivery. However, we shared this feedback with the delivery team and they were very receptive and apologetic. We recommend Stack and would use again for future moves!

"Worst experience ever "

They showed up 9 hours after my delivery window, bins were so dirty and disgusting. Some were wet, some had grease or hair, one had what smelled like sunscreen, some just normal dirt chunks. I repeatedly called, emailed and messaged the entire day while waiting and no one replied or called me back. Worst customer service ever. I just wanted the bins picked up and my money back because no way was I putting my stuff in them. After two days of messaging and calling and leaving voicemails I finally gave up and just had my movers move the empty gross bins to my new place to sit outside until the pick up day.

Great experience with Stack!
One of the reasons I chose this was that I did not want my hands and nails to get trashed dealing with all that cardboard and tape. Also saves money and trees! I organized a move from TX to NC and the Stack experience went perfectly. They dropped off and picked up per the plan. The boxes are the perfect size to not make too heavy and can be managed by anyone. Also the way they stack make it much easier to put on the truck and to put aside when unpacked. I did notice the holes on the sides, so I secured my boxes with zip ties which worked very well. Not sure why they do not mention that on the website. Also, they did not mention that the customer has to remove all of the labels before pick up. Not a big deal, just would have wanted to know in advance. Also, would be cool if they offered TV/Picture/Artwork/Mattress boxes. Obviously if you are moving a home, you need to purchase wardrobes and the picture boxes separately.

The folks at Stacks were so easy to work with and very friendly. We had to make a few changes in our reservations, due to moving date issues, and they were very accommodating. Response time was super quick. Highly recommend this company.

These were great- definitely a more eco-friendly choice than regular boxes, super convenient and made me hustle to get unpacked! Will for sure recommend. I'd say I'd use them again, but after moving Im really hoping to not have to do it again for a while... :)
