This was the best decision we made with our recent move. It’s was so easy. They delivered the totes straight to our door and picked them up a week later and we save hundreds of dollars on movers and supplies!!

Delivery and pick up were on time. I love that I didn't have to toss a ton of boxes at the end of my move. The only cons for me were the size. The size is great if you're only packing clothes. But when packing things like the kitchen, shoes, purses, the boxes are pretty small. I could have gotten bigger cardboard boxes for the same price but i wanted to be more environmentally safe.

My biggest complaint is communication. For delivery, it was hard to determine when the bins would arrive and there was a disconnect between the dispatch and delivery team. It would have been nice to have an eta and have the delivery team communicate if they will be late or outside those times.

From drop off to delivery, the whole process was seamless. This was an incredibly economical route to go and so much easier than having to purchase, assemble, and discard/donate traditional moving boxes. I will definitely use this service again the next time I move.

Delivery was massively delayed with no communication and pickup was chaotic and also delayed. I had to reach out to the rep to ask when he was coming rather than him reaching out to me. Then it was several hours more before he arrived.
