Create experience from booking to the trip. Nice and friendly staff with an amazing amount of Whales we have seen. And the best was the jumping Humpback Whale which was kept on Photo by the crew. Thanks to all the staff members for sharing this experience with us.

The tour was amazing, so much information from the tour guide, and the added bonus of seeing whales ... even if I hadn't I still loved being able to see the bay much more closely.

"Luck was on our side"

Luck was on our side - clear blue skies, flat calm and plenty of whales waiting outside the harbour - amazing trip. Obviously seeing whales made the trip but the boat was great, enough space and not too crowded to see; warm seated areas when you wanted to get out the cold. A great and informative marine biologist talking through everything we saw. Highly recommend Elding.

"An amazing whale watching experience!"

We had an amazing experience whale watching with Elding Adventure at Sea in Reykjavík, Iceland today. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff from the office team to the crew on board the boat. Once on board the boat, our guide Pedro and the rest of the crew were very helpful and knowledgeable. Pedro introduced the crew members to us and took us through the safety procedures. Pedro even managed to inject a little humour into the very important safety announcement. They even provided antiemetics (which was needed today due to choppy waters!) and waterproof clothing for those who needed them. They prioritised passenger safety and our enjoyment. We saw lots of whales on numerous occasions which was amazing! Unfortunately, they were sometimes too quick to get photographs however, we have had copies of photographs taken by our guide today, sent to us by email for which I am very grateful for! Overall, a once in a lifetime great experience provided by Elding! Thank you to you all and especially the whales for putting on a show!

Great tour today, whale watching from Retkjavik. Saw lots of activity with a great guide making sure we knew where to look all the time so we didn’t miss anything. Professionally taken photos from the guide are accessible free and are amazing shots. Great memories made today, and highly recommend.

Great Whale watching experience yesterday 12/11/2023 with tour guide Anna. She is brilliant and makes the trip very exciting and full of information. NOTE TO ELDING..... Whatever you are paying her "Double it" she is a credit to your company.

"Best whale watching experience I've ever had"

A really well organised trip out, it was 3 hours in total and that time flew by. The crew on the boat were brilliant. Francesco was providing commentary on the excursion and providing info about the species we might see and all of the ones we did see. He was really engaging and made sure no one missed any sightings whilst onboard. They also provide a link to the photos taken of the whales, no need to try and get a rubbishy shot of the tip of a fin - you can enjoy the experience and be fully emersed in the moment. Worth every Icelandic Krona! Would highly recommend visitors take a trip out with these guys and support whale watching.

"We had a very nice trip with luckily…"

We had a very nice trip with luckily perfect weather. We saw probably two different groups of dolphins and two minkwhales. The guide explained everything with much knowledge. The agency emphasizes, that the tours are environmentally conscious and of course they use the data of the sightings for research but at some points I was a little worried about the stresslevel of the animals because not only us, but also other ships were quite "chasing" the dolphins or whales so that we can see them. But the captain always put off the motor when we were near the animals, so hopefully they didn't get stressed!
