I really enjoyed this tour, the guide was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions. We saw a harbour porpoise and many minke whales. One of them got too close to us. I highly recommend this tour.

This was great! Whales are not guaranteed, but we saw both humpback whales and minke whales. A dream come true. They are also very much focused on conscious whale watching which is a big plus!

It was a last minute decision for us to take the Classic whale watching tour and have no regrets! Good vibes started from the ticket office where a member of staff, Oscar, was very helpful and patient answering all of our numerous questions. Then onboard, all crew were very friendly and knowledgeable, provided good commentary throughout. Most importantly, the boat kept a respectful distance from the peacefully feeding whales, avoiding hustling them! Plenty of time was allowed for observing humpback and minke whales and birds, and for taking photos. Nice touch: the company emailed us photographs taken by a professional photographer travelling with us that day. Thank you for such enjoyable experience!

No doubt an unforgetable exerience with an operator that undoubtedly knows his stuff. The guides were highly competent, the comments were spot on, the boat was very comfortable and not overcrowded. The whales and dolphins were right on schedule for a highly enjoyable and even moving encounter with creatures that command respect.

We took the classic whale tour and it was AMAZING.
Elding whale watching have very capable and enthusiastic staff telling about the sighted whales and dolphins and their behavior.
I would definitely recommend this tour when visiting Iceland.
Also warm overals are available which makes the tour very comfortable.

"What an amazing tour"

What an amazing tour. We saw whales, dolphins and porpoises. The crew was very friendly and enthusiastic. We could really tell they are very respectful towards the animals, we were able to see two humpbacks for nearly half an hour, everybody was silent, the engine was off and the crew was also in awe. Only when the whales left, the engine was back on and we also started moving again. We really felt like we had all the time in the world and we didn't disturb the animals.
The next day, we were able to get a link for photo's the guide made and also we could read the report on the trip, specifying everything we saw during the trip.
We truly recommend taking a trip with them, it really was an amazing, magical adventure!
