"Multiple mistakes"

1 package lost in transit, took 3 phone calls from myself to chase up. Turns out (after 30 days missing) it was never picked up and still at drop off point. Rebooked and pickup location was incorrect second time!
Used Interparcel again and this time was 3 days late to pickup from location for an expected “next day delivery”.
Won’t give a third try.
