I've had several interactions with the customer care team, and every time has been a genuinely smooth experience. They're always quick to respond and super helpful, which really makes a difference when you need support. I especially want to give a shoutout to Jimmy—he's been consistently kind, efficient, and incredibly supportive. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but they’ve really nailed it. Keep up the great work!

"Disappointed service"
Initially I was satisfied with Interparcel service as I sent several packs to Perth which only takes around 1 week to deliver. So I booked another service again when I decided to be back to Syd.
The provider I selected was Fedex. I put my box at the front of the door before 9am because I don't want to miss the time they would come. Their staff came and picked up my parcel at 5pm, moving my box without any notice/didn't knock the door. If I didn't always check the front door I can never know the staff was there. So luckily I saw the staff took my box away and I thought everything was good.
I received my parcel this week and unpacked it after I got it. Several days later I just received a bill email from Interparcel telling me I have to pay around 155AUD more because of oversize and overweight. Fedex also transfer my parcel to B2C service which leads to additional residential pick-up penalty or something. It states my parcel is 30.35 kg - 56cm x 54cm x 41cm; while my box was purchased through Officework with the standard size of 50*50*40.
As my box has been unpacked, I can't provide the weight photo however I sent the size measurement photos because I still have my box. Interparcel just said they can't dispute it because I don't have the photo evidence for weight. Also their explanation to B2C service not convincing - If the parcel picked up from the residential address, why it can be redirected as B2C service; otherwise the service provider should reject to deliver the parcel as it's not from the business address.
So disappointed about the experience this time..

The response on live chat was almost instant. I appreciate that. Customer service was spot on , with verifying who I was by asking all the right questions and then getting straight to what i was enquiring about. All sorted and question answered within 10 minutes of starting the chat.
