Kudos to Kara for the excellent service with handling our frustrating "parcel collection" issue. For some reason, Aramex (the original courier booked) just couldn't make the collection. Reached out to Interparcel CS and Kara stepped in. First she tried to get Aramex to collect, but strangely they just couldn't. She then switched to StarTrack (at no charge, appreciated!), who were finally able to collect on the same day the courier switch was made. Delivery was then actioned on the following day. Thanks again Kara for the awesome job overall. Constant and accurate updates, quick to action. Keep up the good work!

Not responsible for anything. Pick up being late, no pick up at all, goods being damaged, goods being lost. I have been a reluctant customer with interparcel for a couple of years, and they have been one of the most painful organisations to deal with. Last order, items were lost, but not covered as they were furniture, when i asked them how the contents of the box makes any difference to an item being lost, no answer.
Edit* i have reached out to your customer service who reiterated that furniture is excluded from your warranty policy. Your lip service about reaching out is really just that, lip service, because there is no genuine effort from Interparcel to take any responsibility, or to help hold the courier to account.

Where do I start, I purchased a product off EBay (being my first time as I don’t have much faith in on line shopping due to so many scammers) and which I have dreaded doing for many,many years. After making the initial purchase back in December i have been waiting patiently for nearly a month and losing track of my package due to having no street Number on the address. Unaware of how this has happened. I started trying to track it down through the courier company with no answer or reply and getting the run around. Following up through InterParcel on 2 occasions, yet again no reply or answers. Getting very frustrated with how people can operate a business like this 😡 I ran InterParcel again for the 3rd time and was very fortunate enough to have this lovely lady answering my call. Lavinia K. You are an absolute legend and I really appreciate everything you have done to resolve this situation for me in under 12hrs. I have been chasing this for the last 8 days. You came along and overnight get it sorted 😄 I can’t thank you enough and you have been a pleasure to deal with..
