Terrible! I sent my parcel as per the online guidelines, paid for the parcel, complied with size and dimension, only to be sent another bill for an additional $131 given the parcel was apparently 1cm outside of what was recorded, no checks were made at the time of pick up or delivery, only months later was I sent another bill!

"Dishonest and misleading"
Read the fine print. Their "quote" claimed delivery within a week, after a week my parcel had not left the country yet. When queried, they directed me to the "small print" which says 25-30 days. When I confronted them about their blatant lies, they ended the conversation.

"Unexceptable, time consuming, stressfull and incompetent service"
The customer service rep was good in helping me with the problem of a long delivery address that your online booking service would not accept. She then guaranteed my order would not be cancelled (again) because of my address was incorrectly deemed not to be a business address, as she could see the note in my account that my address was indeed a legitimate Business address. An hour later I recieved an email saying my order had been cancelled again for that reason. I had to spend another hour speaking to staff to get the order reinstated. This has happend with my last 3 orders and each time I have been guaranteed that the issue of my business address has been corrected and it would not happen again. This gives me no confidense that any further orders i place with Interparcel will not be likewise incorrectly cancelled..

never ever again, they are happy to take your money and more than happy to charge you more money after the fact ( and no, it wasn't for an under weighed or under measured item ) but they couldn't care less when you need there help, utterly useless, i highly recommend finding someone else, there are plenty of 3rd party carriers out there

The incompetency of Inteparcel cannot be underestimated. They refuse to pick up my parcel after three days. If I could leave less than one star I would. Avoid at all costs.

LOOSES PART OF THE SHIPMENT.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD !
THEY KEEP THE MONEY WE PAID ALTHOUGH THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE SERVICE !

Aramex is a hopeless company as is Interparcel who took the booking.
The parcel is to go from Melbourne to Adelaide. Ten days in, it still has not been delivered.
Interparcel responds that it’s within the expected delivery time.
